Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und ist Teil in einer 2-er WG im Studentenwohnheim Mannheimer Straße. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Es gibt somit ein Bett, einen großen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, ein Regal und ein Schreibtischcontainer.

The room is 20 square meters in size and is part of a 2-room shared flat in the Mannheimer Straße student hall of residence. The room is rented furnished. There is a bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a shelf and a desk container.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. In der Nähe gibt es: S-Bahn-Haltestelle und Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linien 1, 2, 3), Einkaufszentrum, Lidl, Kulkwitzer See (See) usw.

The location of the housing is quite convenient. Nearby there are: S-Bahn stop and tram stop (lines 1, 2, 3), shopping center, Lidl, Kulkwitzer See (lake) etc.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 2-er WG (nur männlich). Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Ebenfalls gibt es im Wohnheim einen Fahrradkeller und einen Studentenclub.

The room is in a shared flat for 2 people (only male). The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is also a bicycle storage room and student club.
Der vorgesehene Mieter muss ein männlicher Student sein und an einer der Leipziger Hochschulen eingeschrieben sein. Er darf auch nicht bereits in einem Studentenwohnheim des Studentenwerks Leipzig wohnen. Wenn alle Formalitäten so schnell wie möglich (im Oktober) erledigt werden, wird das Zimmer ab Anfang Dezember 2024 zur Verfügung stehen, der Vertrag ist befristet bis zum 30.9.2025.

The intended tenant must be a male student and be enrolled at one of Leipzig's universities. He must also not already be living in a student residence of the Studentenwerk Leipzig. If all the paperwork is done ASAP, the room will be available from the beginning of December 2024, the contract is for a fixed term until 30.9.2025.
