Willkommen! Objekt der Begierde ist eine große, ruhig gelegene Maisonette Wohnung im Osten Leipzigs. In 10 min. kommt man zum HBF und ins Zentrum der Stadt. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Eisenbahnstraße für zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten.
Dein Zimmer im 1. OG bietet zudem Platz zum ausruhen. Da es nur um 2 1/2 Monate geht bleibt das Zimmer möbliert (mit E-Klavier!), ich kann aber auf jeden Fall Platz in Schränken etc. frei machen, am Besten wir sprechen uns was das angeht nochmal ab :) Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stockwerken verteilt.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Gäste-WC, zur linken das große Wohnzimmer und zur rechten die Wohnküche mit angrenzender Terrasse und Wiese.
Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie die drei Schlafzimmer meiner Mitbewohner*innen. Das letzte (und größte) ist dein Zimmer. Es ist auch das ruhigste. Im EG befindet sich eine große Wohnküche, welche gerne benutzt werden darf sowie das Wohnzimmer mit deinem persönlichen Arbeitsbereich, Sportgeräten, Beamer/DVDs und Brettspiele.

The object of desire is a large, quietly located maisonette flat in the east of Leipzig. The main station and the city centre are only 10 minutes away. The Eisenbahnstraße is just a few minutes' walk away for numerous dining options.
Your room on the 1st floor also offers space to relax. As it is only for 2 1/2 months, the room will remain furnished (with electric piano!), but I can definitely free up space in cupboards etc., it is best if we discuss this again :) The flat is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, to the left the large living room and to the right the eat-in kitchen with adjoining terrace and lawn.
On the first floor are the bathroom with shower and bathtub and the three bedrooms of my flatmates. The last (and largest) is your room. It's also the quietest. On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, which you are welcome to use, as well as the living room with your personal work area, sports equipment, projector/DVDs and board games.
In 10 min. kommt man mit dem Rad oder der Tram zum HBF und ins Zentrum der Stadt. In 1-2 Gehminuten ist man an der Eisenbahnstraße für zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten, dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist ohne Probleme möglich. Im umkreis sind 3 Haltestellen, die nächste (Geißlerstraße/Bülowviertel) erreicht man in 2 Minuten die am weitesten Entfernteste (Torgauer Platz) in 7. Die Anbindung ist entsprechend gut und im Umkreis von 10 minuten Fußweg hat man die Wahl zwischen 2 Supermärkten.

You can get to the main station and the city centre in 10 minutes by bike or tram. It is a 1-2 minute walk to Eisenbahnstraße, where there are numerous places to eat, yet the flat is quiet and sleeping with the window open is possible without any problems. There are 3 tram stops in the area, the nearest (Geißlerstraße/Bülowviertel) can be reached in 2 minutes and the furthest (Torgauer Platz) in 7. The transport links are good and there are 2 supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.
Neben dir wohnen noch 3 weitere Personen in der WG. Gemeinsames Kochen, quatschen oder Klettern gehen ist möglich aber keine Verpflichtung. Es ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn du eher ein ruhiger Mensch bist. Durch die Etagentrennung können auch viele Gäste kommen, ohne dass man sich zu sehr in die Quere kommt. Insgesammt sind alle Personen im Haushalt um die 30 Jahre alt. Wenn du Fragen zu uns hast schreib mich einfach an :)

There are 3 other people living in the flat next to you. Cooking, chatting or climbing together is possible but not obligatory. It's also perfectly fine if you're more of a quiet person. Due to the floor separation, many guests can also come without getting in each other's way too much. All the people in the household are around 30 years old. If you have any questions about us, just write to me :)
Ich bin für 2 1/2 Monate (Januar bis Mitte März) im Ausland und suche deshalb für die Zeit eine Person zur Zwischenmiete. Wenn du Unklarheiten wegen der Möblierung/Platz für deine Sachen hast frag gerne einfach nach.
