Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster zur Straße raus. Da es nach Osten ausgerichtet ist, bekommt es gerade am Vormittag viel Sonne. Außerdem liegt es am Ende des Flurs, wodurch es ein guter Rückzugsort ist, wenn mensch Ruhe braucht.
In den 400Euro für das Zimmer ist bereits alles enthalten.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 103m² groß mit einer schön großen Küche, die das Zentrum der WG ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, wobei das größte gern auch mal für einen gemeinsamen Filmabend genutzt wird, einem großen Flur und Bad mit Badewanne. Da dein Zimmer das kleinste der WG ist, kann der Flur gerne auch mit genutzt werden, falls du zusätzlichen Platz brauchst (das Sofa und der Schrank, die gerade im Flur sind, gehören der Person, die auszieht und kommen dementsprechend noch weg).
Das Haus hat Altbaucharme mit hohen Decken und Holzdielen.
Einzug und Einkauf werden durch einen Fahrstuhl im Haus erleichtert.
Da wir selber erst vor nicht allzu langer Zeit in die Wohnung gezogen sind, gibt es noch viele Möglichkeiten die Gemeinschaftsräume zusammen zu gestalten, um sie zu einem einzigartigen und gemütlichen Zuhause zu machen.

The room is 14m² and has two large windows facing the street. Since it faces east, it gets a lot of sun, especially in the morning. It's also situated at the end of the hallway, which makes it a good place to retreat to when you need room for yourself.
The 400 euros for the room already include everything.
The apartment is 103m² in total with a nice big kitchen, which is the center of the apartment. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, the largest of which is often used for a movie night together, a large hallway and bathroom with a bathtub. Since your room is the smallest one, the hallway can also be used if you need additional space (the sofa and the cupboard that are currently in the hallway belong to the person who is moving out and will therefore be removed).
It's a nice old house with high ceilings and wooden floorboards.
Moving in and shopping are made easier by an elevator in the house.
Since we only moved into the apartment ourselves not too long ago, there are still many possibilities to design the common rooms together to make it a unique and cozy home.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Reudnitz mit super Anbindungen direkt vor der Haustür in alle Richtungen. Wir befinden uns direkt zwischen dem Friedenspark (10min zu Fuß) und dem Lene-Park (5 min zu Fuß). Beide sind beliebte Treffpunkte für Studierende und grade in den Sommertagen schöne Erholungsorte. Wir sind außerdem mit einem REWE direkt vor der Haustür gesegnet, wodurch selbst die verpeiltesten Leute, so wie Richard, am Samstagabend noch ihre Notfallrationen für das Wochenende ergattern können. Ansonsten liegen auch noch zwei Spätis fußläufig in der Nähe. Auch Kaufland lässt sich bequem erreichen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Reudnitz with tremendous connections right outside the front door in all directions. We are located right between the Friedenspark (10 minutes on foot) and the Lene Park (5 minutes on foot). Both are popular hotspots for students and lovely places to relax on summer days. We are also blessed with a REWE right outside the front door, so even the most clumsy people, like Richard, can still get their emergency supplies for the weekend on Saturday evenings. There are also two Spätis within walking distance. Kaufland is easy to get to aswell.

Unser WG-Leben charakterisiert sich vor allem dadurch, dass wir gerne viele Sachen zusammen unternehmen. Das heißt, dass du bei uns mit Film- oder Brettspielabenden, sowie gemeinsamem Kochen, rechnen kannst. Außerdem wirst du bei uns auf zwei Katzen treffen, Bibi und Steffen, beide sind zutraulich, aber brauchen auch ihre Zeit für sich. Deshalb fänden wir es schön, wenn du Katzen gegenüber positiv eingestellt bist und vielleicht auch das Zimmer hin und wieder für die zwei Süßis zugänglich machst.
Bei uns gibt es auch einen Putzplan und wir sind bemüht die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Richard (er/ihm): Hey, ich studiere an der Universität Leipzig Ethnologie. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne mit kreativem Schreiben, gelegentlichen Workouts, Politik, dem Treffen von Freunden und Nerdy-Sachen, wie Yu-Gi-Oh oder Computerspielen. Ich bin auch immer für tiefe Gespräche zu begeistern. Mein ideales WG-Leben charakterisiert sich durch ein solidarisches Miteinander und einen respektvollen Umgang untereinander.
Lukas (er/ihm): Moin, ich studiere inzwischen im 9. Semester Physik ebenfalls an der Uni Leipzig. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, vor allem Klettern und Bouldern, treffe mich mit Freunden und beschäftige mich mit Politik. Ansonsten lese ich viel und bin immer für eine Runde Karten zu haben, sei es Skat, Yu-Gi-Oh oder Bonanza. Besonders wichtig für mich in einer WG ist, dass man sich aussprechen kann und füreinander da ist.
Bei uns gelten folgende Grundsätze: Kein rechtes Gedankengut, kein Rassismus, kein Sexismus und keine Queerfeindlichkeit (das schließt Transphobie mit ein). Stoppt den Genozid in Gaza!

Our shared apartment life is characterized above all by the fact that we like to do a lot of things together. This means that you can expect film or board game evenings, as well as cooking together. You will also meet two cats, Bibi and Steffen, both of whom are trusting, but also need their time to themselves. That's why we think it's important that you have a positive attitude towards cats and maybe make the room accessible to the two sweeties from time to time.
We also have a cleaning schedule and we try to keep the apartment as clean as possible.
Richard (he/him): Hey, I'm studying ethnology at the University of Leipzig. I like to spend my free time with creative writing, the occasional workout, politics, meeting friends and nerdy things like Yu-Gi-Oh or computer games. I'm always up for deep conversations. My ideal shared apartment life is characterized by solidarity and respect for one another.
Lukas (he/him): Hi, I'm now in my 9th semester studying physics at the University of Leipzig. In my free time I like to do sports, especially climbing and bouldering, meet up with friends and get involved in politics. Otherwise I read a lot and am always up for a game of cards, be it Skat, Yu-Gi-Oh or Bonanza. What's particularly important to me in a shared flat is that you can talk to each other and do things together sometimes; a shared flat for convenience only is out of the question for me.
The following principles apply to us: No right-wing ideology, no racism, no sexism and no homophobia (that includes transphobia). Stop the genocide in Gaza!
