The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful renovated building and has three rooms, a spacious hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a kitchen with a large dining area and a balcony that gets sun during the day, making it perfect for a leisurely breakfast. There is also a storage room in the apartment and in the hallway. The apartment is spacious.
Your room is 20 square meters, very bright and has the typical old-world charm with high ceilings (3 m). It faces a quiet side street. The two windows mean that the room is very bright all day long (as is the rest of the apartment).
The room is rented furnished, so you don't need to bring anything with you.
Your rent including internet, GEZ and all additional costs is 350 EUR.
The apartment is in the cozy Stötteritz in a quiet location and is very well connected to public transport: the Breslauer Straße tram stop is less than a minute's walk away and the Stötteritz S-Bahn stop is less than 5 minutes away.
There is a bakery right at the end of the street and a Konsum a few meters further on. Other shops such as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and Rossmann can be reached either in 5 minutes by tram or about 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a Netto in the other direction.
The Stötteritzer forest is right outside the door. We love to go for walks here. You can also walk almost entirely through greenery to the city center through the Lene Voigt Park.
You can get to the city center/university/HTWK quickly in 15 minutes by tram or bike or in 10 minutes by S-Bahn.
The night bus also goes almost directly to the door.
