Hallöchen, ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 4-er WG im Bülowviertel (nahe Torgauer Platz) unter, weil ich ins Praktikum gehe. Es steht vom 01.02. bis 30.04. zur Verfügung :)
Das Zimmer ist zum Garten gerichtet, ist 17 m2 groß und möbiliert. In der WG gibt es Stauraum und es steht ein (feuchter) Keller zur Verfügung, falls du ein paar Sachen unterstellen möchtest.
Hi there, I'm subletting my room in a 4-bed shared flat in Bülowviertel (near Torgauer Platz) because I'm going on an internship. It could be sublet from 01.02. to 30.04. :)
The room faces the garden, is 17 m2 in size and furnished. There is storage space in the shared flat and a (damp) cellar if you want to store a few things.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von der Eisenbahnstraße, nur 2 Minuten vom Torgauer Platz entfernt. Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 und 7 sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sorgen für eine entspannte Anbindung. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller, falls du lieber mit dem Rad unterwegs bist. In direkter Nähe findet man vermutlich alles was es im Alltag so braucht.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street off Eisenbahnstraße, just 2 minutes from Torgauer Platz. The Tram 3 and 7 can be reached in 3 minutes. There is also a bicycle storage room if you prefer to travel by bike. You will probably find everything you need for everyday life in close proximity.
In der WG wohnen Rafi (er/ihm), May (keine/alle Pronomen) und Eli (er/ihm). Alle sind entweder im Studium oder arbeitend, oder beides gleichzeitig. Wir teilen uns das Essen und gehen alle regelmäßig für alle einkaufen. Wir haben außerdem seit neuerem jeweils einen Tag in der Woche wo eine Person für die gesamte WG kocht. Falls das für dich nicht in Frage kommt lässt sich das natürlich auch anders handhaben. Es gibt einen Putzplan und generell rödeln wir immer mal wieder in der Wohnung rum und haben es gern schön, um dann auch mal in der Küche zusammenzukommen.
Rafi (he/him), May (none/all pronouns) and Eli (he/him) live in the WG. Everyone is either studying or working, or both at the same time. We share the food and regularly go shopping for everyone. We've also recently started having one day a week where one person cooks for the whole WG. If that's not an option for you, there are of course other ways of doing it. There's a cleaning schedule and we generally do things around the apartment from time to time and like to spend time together in the kitchen every now and then.
