Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m2 groß und befindet sich im unteren Geschoss einer 4er Masionette-WG. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, das heißt man bekommt den ganzen Tag Sonne und Tageslicht. Es ist möbliert, mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und einem Regal. Kabel-SAT-Fernsehanschluss und Internetanschluss per Netzwerkkabel sind auch vorhanden.
Du teilst dir, trotz 4er WG, das Bad nur mit einer deiner Mitbewohnerinnen. Die Küche, die sich im oberen Geschoss befindet, teilt ihr euch jedoch zu viert.
The room is approximately 13m² in size and is located on the lower floor of a four-person maisonette shared apartment. It faces south, meaning it gets sunlight and daylight throughout the day. The room is furnished with a bed, desk + chair, wardrobe, and a shelf. A cable SAT TV connection and an internet connection via network cable are also available.
Despite being in a shared flat with four people, you only share the bathroom with one of your flatmates. However, the kitchen, which is located on the upper floor, is shared by all four of you.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Clara- sowie Johanna-Park und hat somit eine sehr schöne Lage für Spaziergänge. Außerdem sind die Arenen ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Innerhalb von 5min erreicht man die Haltstelle Marschnerstraße, wo man dann, mit der Bahn, in maximal 10min am Hauptbahnhof ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Konsum und Aldi, sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The room is directly adjacent to Clara and Johanna Park, offering a very nice location for walks. Additionally, the arenas are within walking distance. Within 5 minutes, you can reach the Marschnerstraße tram stop, from where it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the main train station by tram. Shopping options such as Konsum and Aldi are also within walking distance.
Das Zimmer ist Teil des Studenten-Wohnheimes Mainzer Straße 2a und daher gibt es einige Voraussetzungen die du erfüllen musst, um einziehen zu dürfen:
- du bist weiblich
- bist an einer anerkannten Leipziger Hochschule oder Universität Leipzig (Universität Leipzig, Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst, HHL Leipzig, BA Sachsen - Staatliche Studienakademie Leipzig, iba Leipzig - Internationale Berufsakademie) immatrikuliert
- du darfst nicht schon in einem Studentenwohnheim des Studentenwerk Leipzig wohnen
- Vertrag muss mindestens bis zum 30.09.2025 abgeschlossen werden
- du musst bei Vertagsabschluss über ein SEPA-Konto verfügen

- contract is valid until at least September 30, 2025
