Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende :-)
Dein Zimmer to be ist ca. 18qm groß, hat zwei große Doppel- (bzw. Dreifach-) Fenster und hohe Decken, welche das Zimmer noch ein bisschen größer wirken lassen. Es ist rechteckig geschnitten und lässt sich daher gut und gemütlich einrichten. Die Fenster gehen zur Kurt-Eisner-Straße raus, dichten aber gut ab (und ein Tram fährt dort nicht).
Zu dritt teilen wir uns zwei Bäder (jeweils Toilette, einmal Badewanne mit Duschmontur) und die Küche, in der wir auch zu dritt Platz haben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine ;)). Über die Küche lässt sich auch der ruhige Hinterhof erreichen. Wir haben noch ein Kellerabteil und einen hausgemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller gibt’s auch noch.

Your room to be is about 18 square metres in size, has two large double (or triple) windows and high ceilings, which make the room look bigger. It has a rectangular layout and is therefore easy and cosy to furnish. The windows look out onto Kurt-Eisner-Straße, but they seal well (and there's no tram there).
The three of us share two bathrooms (each with a toilet, one with a bathtub) and the kitchen, which has room for three of us. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher ;)). The quiet backyard can be reached via the kitchen. We also have a cellar compartment and a shared bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Südvorstadt. Aus der Haustür raus fällst Du quasi auf die Karli (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) mit ihren Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants. Dort ist auch die nächste Bus- und Tramhaltestelle. Der nächste Supermarkt (Konsum) liegt ein paar Meter in die entgegengesetzte Richtung.
Einen Kilometer entfernt liegt der Fockeberg und direkt dahinter beginnt das Naturschutzgebiet Elster-Pleiße-Auwald: perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge oder deine Joggingrunde.

The flat is located in the beautiful Südvorstadt neighbourhood. From the front door, you are practically on the Karli (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) with its cafés, pubs and restaurants. There is also the nearest bus and tram stop. The nearest supermarket (Konsum) is a few metres in the opposite direction.
The Fockeberg is one kilometre away and the Elster-Pleiße-Auwald nature reserve begins directly behind it: perfect for long walks or jogging.
Du würdest mit mir, Jona, zusammenleben. Ich bin in Münster aufgewachsen, habe nach einem Freiwilligen Sozialen Jahr in Ghana in München Jura und Philosophie studiert und bin vor einem dreiviertel Jahr für mein Rechtsreferendariat nach Leipzig gezogen. Ich schätze gemeinsame Zeit in der WG-Küche, ziehe mich bei Zeiten aber auch gern mal in mein Zimmer zurück – insbesondere, wenn ich lerne. Ich liebe es draußen zu sein, gehe regelmäßig joggen, fotografiere gerne und bin im Urlaub am liebsten wandern in den Bergen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich auch ansonsten gern unterwegs: in einer Bar, auf Veranstaltungen wie Poetry Slam, im Theater oder im besten indischen Restaurant der Stadt. Egal wo, ich bin immer gern im Gespräch mit tollen Menschen über alle möglichen Themen, sei es persönlich, politisch, philosophisch, kulturell oder etwas anderes – es ist schwer mich zu langweilen :-)
Ich würde mich freuen über eine WG-Atmosphäre, in der wir alle uns auf‘s nach Hause kommen freuen, in der wir gerne mal zusammen kochen, spazieren gehen oder über die Welt philosophieren.
Ich selbst ziehe erst Mitte Februar ein, sodass wir die WG gerne gemeinsam ein bisschen neu gestalten können, wenn du magst.
Das dritte WG Zimmer wird Mitte oder Ende März frei, sodass wir gemeinsam eine:n dritte:n Mitbewohner:in finden können.

You would live together with me, Jona. I grew up in Münster, studied law and philosophy in Munich after a voluntary social year in Ghana and moved to Leipzig nine months ago for my legal clerkship. I enjoy spending time together in the shared kitchen, but also like to retreat to my room at times - especially when I'm studying. I love being outdoors, go jogging regularly, enjoy photography and love hiking in the mountains on holiday. In my free time, I also like to be out and about: in a bar, at events such as poetry slams, in the theatre or in the best Indian restaurant in town. No matter where, I always enjoy talking to great people about all kinds of topics, be it personal, political, philosophical, cultural or something else - it's hard to get bored :-)
I would love a flat-sharing atmosphere where we all look forward to coming home, where we can cook together, go for a walk or philosophise about the world.
I myself will be moving in in mid-February, so we can redesign the flat share together if you like.
The third room in the shared flat will become available in the middle or end of March, so we can find a third flatmate together.
Wenn du glaubst, dass wir gut zusammen wohnen könnten, freue ich mich sehr, wenn du mir ein paar Zeilen über dich schreibst.
Noch zu den hard facts:
- Einzug ist auf jeden Fall ab dem 01.03. möglich; sofern du gerne eher einziehen würdest, wäre das vielleicht auch ab Mitte Februar möglich
- die Miete liegt bei ca. 300€ inkl. allem, d.h. auch Internet und GEZ (ca., weil wir Internet und Stromvertrag neu abschließen müssen)
- Kaution sind 300€
- Ablösesumme für die Küche und die Waschmaschine sind 170€

The hard facts:
- Moving in is definitely possible from 1 March; if you would like to move in earlier, it might also be possible from mid-February
- the rent is approx. 300€ including everything, i.e. also internet and GEZ (approx. because we have to take out a new internet and electricity contract)
- Deposit is 300€
- The transfer fee for the kitchen and washing machine is €170
