Das verfügbare Zimmer ist großräumig (21m²), hell und kommt komplett möbliert. Es gibt zwei Kommoden, eine Kleiderstande, ein Sofaecke, einen Schreibtisch und ein 140cm Bett.
Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug (ist allerdings nicht komplett barrierefrei).
Die gemeinsamen Bereiche unserer WG haben einen gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (23m²) mit Erker, Essecke und einem Fernseher, Küche (gut ausgestattet) und einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder mit Tageslicht, mit Dusche und Badewanne.

The available room is spacious (21m²), bright, and comes fully furnished. It includes two dressers, a clothes rack, a sofa corner, a desk, and a 140cm bed (including bedding).
The shared areas of our flatshare include a communal living room (23m²) with a couch, dining area, and a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large balcony.
The apartment has two bathrooms with natural light, one featuring a shower and a bathtub.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: direkt vor dem Haus fährt die 12, die 10, 11, 4, und 16 sind nur kurze Fußwege entfernt. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 90 und nachts hält auch der Nachtbus direkt vor der Tür. Die S-Bahn Station Gohlis ist ca. 7min Fußweg entfernt.
Direkt neben dem Gebäude gibt es ein Konsum, aber in der Nähe findet man auch einen Aldi, Penny (9min Fußweg) und ein wenig weiter Rewe und Kaufland (Autofahrt 8 min).
Die Wohngegend ist relativ ruhig, sicher und grün.

The apartment is very well connected: Tram line 12 stops right in front of the building, and lines 10, 11, 4, and 16 are just a short walk away. Additionally, bus line 90 stops close by, and at night, the night bus stops directly in front of the building. The Gohlis S-Bahn station is about a 7-minute walk away.
Right next to the building, there is a Konsum supermarket, and within walking distance, you’ll also find an Aldi and Penny (9 minutes on foot). A bit further away, there are Rewe and Kaufland, which are about an 8-minute drive.
The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, safe, and green.
Wir sind eine weibliche 3-er WG (aus Deutschland und Spanien) und suchen am Liebsten auch wieder eine Frau, die bei uns einzieht. Wir kennen uns aus dem Masterstudium, sind nun allerdings auch im letzten Semester und arbeiten nebenbei. Wenn du auch irgendwo zwischen Studium und Berufsleben stehst, passt du bestimmt gut dazu!
Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Miteinander. Oft wird das Wohnzimmer für gemeinsame Abendessen, Filme schauen oder einfach zum Beisammensein genutzt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung definitiv groß genug, damit jeder seinen eigenen Raum hat. Meist reden wir Englisch untereinander, aber es wird auch Deutsch und Spanisch gesprochen. Da wir viele Familien als Nachbarn haben, geht es bei uns eher ruhiger zu.

We are a female 3-person flatshare (from Germany and Spain) and would prefer to welcome another woman to join us. We met during our master's studies, but we are now in our final semester and also working on the side. If you are in a similar phase between studying and working, you would likely fit in well!
We value cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere. Our living room is often used for shared dinners, movie nights, or simply spending time together. However, the apartment is definitely spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. We mostly speak English or German but Spanish is also spoken. Since we have many families as neighbours, our home tends to be on the quieter side.
