It’s situated at the back of the building, facing south, which means it's sunny, quiet, and perfect for relaxing 🌞. But the best part? The location! You're right in the heart of KarLi, one of Leipzig’s most vibrant and lively neighborhoods 🎉—filled with great cafés, bars, and everything you need just around the corner.

Das Zimmer mag auf den ersten Blick nicht riesig wirken, aber es ist super praktisch und gemütlich 😉. Die Lage ist ideal: nur 5 Minuten zur HTWK und 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Richard-Lehmann-Straße, HTWK" 🚌 – perfekt für Studierende und Berufspendler.
Es befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes mit Südausrichtung, wodurch es sonnig und ruhig ist 🌞 – ideal zum Entspannen. Aber das Beste daran? Die Lage! Du wohnst direkt im Herzen von KarLi, einem der lebendigsten und angesagtesten Viertel Leipzigs 🎉, mit tollen Cafés, Bars und allem, was du brauchst, direkt um die Ecke.

In our shared apartment, we have a diverse mix of people from different ethnic backgrounds 🌍—including Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America! Most of us are university students 🎓, but some are working here in Leipzig 💼.
Everyone follows their own schedule, but we often come together to share laughs 😄 and chat about our day 🗣️. What truly matters to all of us is being a small, supportive community that takes care of our shared space 🏡 and lives harmoniously together 🤝.

In unserer WG leben Menschen mit vielfältigen ethnischen Hintergründen 🌍 — aus Europa, Asien, Afrika und Südamerika! Die meisten von uns sind Studierende 🎓, aber einige arbeiten hier in Leipzig 💼.
Jeder geht seinem eigenen Tagesablauf nach, doch es gibt oft Momente, in denen wir gemeinsam lachen 😄 und über unseren Tag sprechen 🗣️. Was uns wirklich wichtig ist: eine kleine, unterstützende Gemeinschaft zu sein, die sich um den gemeinsamen Wohnraum 🏡 kümmert und harmonisch miteinander lebt 🤝.
The room is currently fully furnished with furniture I personally bought 🪑🛏️. All the pieces are in excellent condition ✅. I'm planning to leave everything in the room and offer it to you at a very low price 💰—if you're interested, of course!

Das Zimmer ist derzeit komplett mit Möbeln ausgestattet, die ich persönlich gekauft habe 🪑🛏️. Alle Möbelstücke sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand ✅. Ich plane, alles im Zimmer zu lassen und dir zu einem sehr niedrigen Preis anzubieten 💰—natürlich nur, wenn du Interesse hast!
Es ist nicht nötig, den gesamten Betrag direkt am Anfang zu zahlen. Ich bin sehr offen für Gespräche darüber, und jede Anregung oder Idee ist herzlich willkommen! 😊
