Moin! I am a doctorate student in Leipzig University, I have been living in this flat for four years and have enjoyed a long term flatshare with my previous German flatmate after which she had to move out for work. :(
I am looking for flatshare again for around 4 months and I am flexible if you decide to stay for a short period of time. I am up for cooking together, creative sessions, cafe hopping, dancing but I of course also respect privacy and closed doors. 🥰 I am a clean and tidy person and don’t expect strict routine cleaning but basic hygiene and cleanliness in the flat.
The room has a beautiful park view so its located on a quiet street away from transport noise but it is also very close to the nearest bus/tram stations. The flat has two rooms, common hall area, kitchen with balcony (yay) and a bathroom with separate shower and bathtub section. Furniture can be moved out if you want it unfurnished.
