Die 140m² große, helle Wohnung verfügt über 6 möblierte WG-Zimmer mit Kaminofen und Holzdielen im Stil der 1950er Jahre sowie voll ausgestatteter Küche und zwei Bäder.
In 15 Minuten bist du mit Fahrrad, Straßenbahn oder S-Bahn am Markt, am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Uni. Besonders empfiehlt sich der grüne Radweg durch die Parkanlagen ins Zentrum entlang des Flüsschen Elster, der direkt an unserem Haus beginnt.
We welcome you in your warm and cosy furnished room with fireplace, wooden flooring in the style of the 1950ies. The sunny and new renovated apartment of 140 squaremeters consists of six furnished rooms with well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and corridor. The appartment is part of a multicultural, friendly house with many students. In only 15 minutes by tram, metro or bicycle your reach the old center of town with main trainstation and university .
