Ab Mitte Dezember oder Anfang Januar wird ein Zimmer in unserer riesigen Wohnung frei.
Wir haben ein großes Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne und separater Dusche, sowie ein zweites kleineres WC daneben, sodass es Morgens zu keinerlei Stau kommen kann. Dazu gibt es eine fast 30m² große Wohnküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was das Herz begehrt (vor allem Spülmaschine und Kaffeeutensilien). An die Küche grenzt außerdem ein einladender Balkon, der in unseren ruhigen Hinterhof schaut. Auf dem Balkon sind wir auch fleißig dabei, essbares und hübsches zu pflanzen. 🌱
Das Zimmer selbst ist 19m² groß, hat eine Deckenhöhe von 3m und 2 hohe Fenster.
Optional könttest du auch ein zweites 12m² Zimmer als Büro, Atelier etc. mit nutzen.

One room in our large apartment will be available in mid December oder beginning of January.
We have a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and separate shower, as well as a second, smaller toilet next to it, so there is no traffic jam in the morning. In addition, there is an almost 30m² large eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with everything your heart desires (especially dishwasher and coffee maker). There is also an inviting balcony off the kitchen that overlooks our quiet backyard. We are also busy planting edible and beautiful plants on the balcony. 🌱
The room itself is 19m², has a ceiling height of 3m and 2 high windows.
Optionally there is a second shared room available as work or art space, etc.

Die Wohnung ist nur 3-5 Minuten von zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt und Kaufland ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem gibt es Penny, Aldi, Bioläden, Spätis, Kneipen, Dönerläden, Pizzerien und (DDR-Fein)Bäcker. Der schöne Lene-Voigt-Park und die belebte Eisenbahnstraße sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

The apartment is only 3-5 minutes away from two bus stops and Kaufland is nearby. There are also Penny, Aldi, organic food stores, restaurants, pubs, kebab shops, pizzerias and (GDR) bakeries. The beautiful Lene-Voigt-Park and the lively Eisenbahnstraße are also just around the corner. The city center is less than 10 minutes away by tram or bike.

Unsere WG besteht zurzeit aus einem Mix aus (freiberuflich) Arbeitenden, Studierenden, Angestellten und Arbeitssuchenden (Informatik, Sozialpädagogik, Einzelhandel, Gastronomie). Individuelle und/oder gemeinsame Interessen sind nette Gespräche, Pflanzen, Film, Sport, Ausschlafen, Essen und Brettspiele. Speziell zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Films schauen oder Spielen findet man fast immer Leute.
Unsere geteilten WG-Sprachen sind Deutsch, Englisch und teilweise Arabisch.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du von Zeit zu Zeit Lust hättest, auch mal was mit uns zu unternehmen, aber natürlich gilt bei uns immer: Alles kann - nichts muss. Persönliche Grenzen sind immer einzuhalten und eine offene Kommunikation und Konfliktbereitschaft ist allen äußerst wichtig!
Wir haben zwei Kühlschränke mit persönlichen Fächern, teilen uns aber auch einige Lebensmittel.
Putzen ist für jede*n Pflicht. Dafür haben wir einen relativ gut funktionierenden Putzplan (Flatastic) und ein paar - nicht zu strenge - aber grundsätzliche Regeln, die uns wichtig sind. Regelmäßig gibt es ein WG-Plenum, in der wichtige Ankündigungen gemacht, Probleme besprochen und Entscheidungen gemeinsam getroffen werden. Generell finden wir es gut, wenn sich jede*r für die WG verantwortlich fühlt und zum Beispiel auch mal etwas aufräumt, was ein*e andere*r vergessen hat. Gäste sind immer willkommen. Aber bei allem gilt: Rücksicht nehmen.

Our flat currently consists of a mix of (freelance) workers, students, employees and job seekers (IT, social work, retail, gastronomy). Individual and/or shared interests include plants, movies, birds, sports, sleeping in, eating and board games. You can almost always find people to cook, watch movies or play games together.
Our shared languages are currently German, English and Arabic.
We would be happy if you would like to do something with us from time to time, but of course the following always applies: everything can - nothing must. Personal boundaries must always be observed and open communication and a willingness to deal with conflict is extremely important to everyone!
We have two fridges with personal compartments, but we also share some food.
Cleaning is mandatory for everyone. We have a relatively well-functioning cleaning plan (Flatastic) and a few - not too strict - but basic rules that are important to us. There is a regular flat-sharing plenum where important announcements are made, problems are discussed and decisions are made together. In general, we think it's good if everyone feels responsible for the shared flat and, for example, tidies up something that someone else has forgotten. Guests are always welcome. But always be considerate.

Bei uns leben Menschen, die Diskriminierungen erfahren. Beispielsweise aufgrund von Neurodiversität, Migrationsgeschichte oder Queernes. Wir wünschen uns dahingehen eine grundlegende Sensibilität und den Willen zu einem barrierearmen Raum beizutragen.
Wir suchen favorisiert nach einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin, schließen INTA* Personen (Inter, Nichtbinär, Trans, Agender) dabei jedoch nicht aus. Wir suchen KEINEN cis männlichen Mitbewohner!
