Das Zimmer ist groß und interessant geschnitten. Es hat 2 Fenster und einen Balkonzugang, außerdem alles, was man so braucht, Schreibtisch, 1,40m - Bett, Sofa, E-Klavier, Schrank,... Und das beste ist - es zeigt nach Süden und bekommt maximal viel Sonne ab! Gerade jetzt im Winter, da die Sonne tief steht. :D Da ich über den Zeitraum Februar - März nur verreise, werden ein paar Sachen von mir drin bleiben, aber ich mache dir natürlich genug Platz für deine Sachen :)
The room is large and has an interesting layout. It has 2 windows and access to the balcony, plus everything you need: desk, 1.40m bed, sofa, electric piano, wardrobe,... an the best thing is - its a room directetd to south so especially noow in winter when the sun stands low, you get every ray of sunshine there is in a day! :D Because I am travelling february and march, some of my things will stay inside, but of course I'll make enough space for your stuff :)
Die Wohnung liegt schon in Anger-Crottendorf, allerdings noch direkt an der Grenze zu Reudnitz, also sind Lene-Park, Penny und Kaufland nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, ansonsten ist direkt um die Ecke ein Aldi. Zur Eisi ist es nicht weit, auch ins Zentrum und in den Süden braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nie länger las 15 min. Es ist eine sehr grüne Gegend, Stünzer Park, Mariannenpark, Rabet, Lene-Park und Stötteritzer Wäldchen - alles nicht weit! Für die Wasserliebhaber, in jeweils 25 min Fahrradweg ist man sowohl gen Norden als auch gen Süden am See! An Öffis fährt hier die 60 und die 72, Straßenbahn ist zu Fuß so 8 min weg.
The flat is already in Anger-Crottendorf, but still right on the border with Reudnitz, so Lene-Park, Penny and Kaufland are only a stone's throw away, otherwise there is an Aldi just around the corner. It's not far to the Eisi, and it never takes longer than 15 minutes by bike to get to the centre and south. It's a very green area, Stünzer Park, Mariannenpark, Rabet, Lene Park and Stötteritzer Wäldchen - all not far away! For water lovers, it takes 25 minutes by bike to get to the lake either north or south! The 60 and 72 buses run here, and the tram is about 8 minutes away by foot.
Mit dir in der WG wird Luis wohnen. Er hat die letzten Jahre in Innsbruck Psychologie studiert und ihn hat es vor ein paar Monaten nach Leipzig verschlagen. Er ist an einem freundschaftlich entspanntem WG Leben interessiert ohne Zwänge aber mit gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme und Interesse füreinander :) ***wir planen beide zum April wegzuziehen, von daher gäbe es die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung dann ab April auch als HauptmieterIn zu übernehmen!***
Luis will be living with you in the flat share. He spent the last few years studying psychology in Innsbruck and a few months ago he has now moved to Leipzig. He is interested in a friendly, relaxed flat-share life without constraints but with mutual consideration and interest in each other :) ***We are both planning to move away in April, so there would be the possibility of taking over the flat as the main tenant from April!***

) Mit dem genauen Zeitraum bin ich auch bisschen flexibel, wenn dir das nicht auf den Tag genau passt, und wie bereits gesagt, gerne auch schreiben bei langfristigem Interesse an der Wohnung.
