Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Ich heiße Valentin, bin 34 Jahre alt und habe Philosophie, Spanisch und Geschichte studiert. Meine Hobbys sind Joggen, Hackisack spielen, Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons und noch einige andere Spiele. Ich bin musikalisch und mein Traumjob wäre es Musikproduzent zu werden. Keine Angst, ich produziere nicht den ganzen Tag Musik und besitze auch Kopfhörer, sollte es mal stören. Ich habe schon sehr viele Mitbewohner gehabt, auch Erasmusstudenten und bin sehr WG erfahren. Ich bin rücksichtsvoll, habe Humor, mag Sport, Musik und allen möglichen Fantasykram. Da ich keine Zweck-WG möchte, wäre es gut wenn du zumindest eines dieser Interessen teilst.
Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat ein Fenster und ist langezogen wie du auf dem Bild auch sehen kannst. Es hat ein großes Schlafsofa, 2 kleine Schränke, 1 kleinen und einen großen Tisch, einen Stuhl und eine Garderobe. Das Sonnenlicht fällt morgens bis nachittags in das Zimmer. Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einen schicken Balkon mit Sofa und eine Klimmzugstange im Flur.
Solltest du dich angesprochen fühlen, komm doch mal auf einen Tee vorbei. Kontaktieren kannst du mich gerne per Mail oder noch besser per Handy (ver información de contacto).

I am looking for a new flatmate. My name is Valentin, I am 34 years young and i studied philosophy, spanish and history. I like hackisack, football, fantasygames like magic and D&D and music. I would like to produce music, but dont worry! I dont do it all day and got headphones too. :) I am very experienced with shared living, also with erasmus students and would describe myself as humerous and respectful. It would be nice if we share some interests!
Your room gets sunlight from the morning til the afternoon. You have 2 tables, big and small, a big sleeping couch (2m x 1,40), a chair, a wardrobe and 2 small cupboards. We have a big bathroom with a washing mashine, a big kitchen with a dishwasher and nice balcony! I hope to hear from you soon. Give me a call (ver información de contacto).

Bus 60/74 und Bahn 1/2 sind fußläufig in 2-5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie Netto. Für mich als Jogger gibt es keinen besseren Ort in Leipizg da er quasi von 2 verschiedenen grünen Gürtel umschlossen ist, inklusive 2er Flüsse. Auch der Weg zum Cossi ist mit dem Fahrrad sehr schön kurz.
Keine Zweck-WG. Ich bin tagsüber meistens da. Manchmal spiele ich Klavier, kann mit den Uhrzeiten aber natürlich Rücksicht nehmen.
