- netter Nachbar im Nebenzimmer, der gerne einen mittrinkt
- Bad direkt gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer
- das Zimmer ist ruhig, man hört die Mitbewohner kaum dank der dicken Wände und dementsprechend super zum arbeiten! Die Straße ist etwas laut aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern kriegt man auch nix mit :)

- 5- 10 min zur Uni mit dem Rad
Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau, ein sehr imposantes Gebäude und vor allem: 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Kanal und Clara Zetkin Park. Wir sind auch sehr nah am Cospundner See. Perfekt für den Sommer (:
