The room is facing north and has a size of 15/16 square meters. One big window and not so much sun. The kitchen and the toilet get most of the sun! Otherwise it is still a surprisingly bright room. The ceilings are around 3.5 meters (so it is suitable for a high bed) and it has stucco.
We also have a second toilet
the location is just wonderful, combination of Nature, public trasportation and a lot of Shoping apportunities.
The tram and bus stop is about 2-6 minutes away to any direction you want to go to (Lindenauer Markt or Felsenkeller)
5 minute walk to palmengarten! Petrol station, Karl-Heine Str. with lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
