Die Wohnung hat zwei ziemlich gleich große rechteckig geschnittene Zimmer mit 17 qm, die beide zur Straße zeigen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber einigermaßen ruhig. Dazu gibt es eine große Küche mit wunderschönem Südbalkon und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Möbel werden in meinem Zimmer bleiben, ich räume dir natürlich gerne alles frei was du brauchst und kann einzelne Dinge sonst auch bei Freunden verstauen. Es gibt ein Bett, ein Bücherregal, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange und einen Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm. Die Bilder sind gerade noch von ex Mitbewohnis, aktuelle Bilder von meinem Zimmer kommen bald ^^ Außerdem ein e-Piano, eine Gitarre und ein Akkordeon die du auch super gerne benutzen kannst.
The size of your room is approximately 17 qm, it's oriented towards the street and you can hear the tram but the windows are pretty soundproof.We have a kitchen with a balcony. The furniture will stay in my room, I'm happy to clear everything you need and can also stash things with friends. There's a bed, a bookcase, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack and a desk with a screen. The pictures are from ex roommates, current pictures of my room will be coming soon,.There's also an e-piano, a guitar and an accordion that you can also use.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich auf der Grenze von Plagwitz und Kleinzschocher im Leipziger Westen.
Die Haltestelle "Am Adler" ist gleich um die Ecke und mit Bus und Tram kommst du auch flott in den Osten und Süden. Mit Fahrrad und Bahn sind es 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt, die Zschochersche und die Karl Heine mit ihren Kneipen, netten Cafes und Kultureinrichtungen sind auch nicht weit und der riesige Volkspark Kleinzschocher lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Spazieren an der Elster ein.
The flat is located in the west of Leipzig, an area with lots of culture, theatres, parks, cute cafes and pubs.
There are busses and trams that will take you the city centre in about 15- 20 minutes, which, depending on how fast you are, is also the time it'll take you to bike there. It's also really easy to reach the south of the city and the nearest lake.

ich verreise im April/Mai/Juni und suche deswegen jemanden der in dieser Zeit gerne in meiner WG leben will.
In der WG bleibt Miri. Sie studiert European Studies im Master (mega spannend!) Sie ist ein total lustiger und energetischer Mensch, geht gerne bouldern und hat seit neustem ihr Rudertalent entdeckt, fotografiert und radelt durch die Welt. Gemütliche Abende in der Küche mit guten Gesprächen sind garantiert.
Die Daten sind flexibel, wenn du zum Beispiel erst Ende Juni ausziehen möchtest, bekommen wir das hin!
In den angegebenen Kosten sind Internet, Strom usw schon eingerechnet.
