Zimmer frei in entspannter und offener WG in Stötteritz :) !

Unsere WG liegt im beschaulichen Stötteritz. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es das Völkerschlachtdenkmal (20 Minuten zu Fuß) und drei verschiedene Parks. Das ist insbesondere im Sommer echt toll wenn man etwas Natur in fußläufiger Nähe hat. Wir sind dann auch sehr oft mit der WG draußen um Tischtennis, Spikeball oder Badminton zu spielen oder einfach nur abzuhängen und uns mit Menschen zu treffen:).
Ansonsten haben wir zwei Bäcker, einen Döner- und einen Pizzaladen am Ende unserer Straße. Die Tram ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und alternativ gibt es auch die S-Bahnstation Stötteritz (10 Minuten Fußweg).

ENG:
Our shared flat is located in the charming district of Stötteritz. Nearby, you’ll find the Völkerschlachtdenkmal (20 minutes by walk) and three different parks. This is especially great in the summer when you want to have nature within walking distance. We often spend time outdoors as a flat, playing table tennis, spikeball, or badminton, or just hanging out and meeting up with people :).
There are also two bakeries, a kebab shop, and a pizza place at the end of our street. The tram is just a 5-minute walk away, and alternatively, you can reach the Stötteritz S-Bahn station in 10 minutes by foot.

Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch, offen und freundschaftlich. Unsere jetzige Konstellation ist noch recht frisch, aber wir haben in der Zeit schon ziemlich viele Dinge zusammen unternommen oder zukünftige WG-Aktivitäten geplant. Dazu gehören gemeinsames kochen, Filmabende, kreative Aktionen, zusammen feiern gehen oder lustige Küchengespräche. Im November hatten wir beispielsweise auch eine schnieke WG-Feier. Ein super Pluspunkt ist der Beamer, den wir haben. Da gibt es bei unseren Filmabenden gleich etwas Kino-Feeling:). Ansonsten haben wir auch immer mal Menschen zu Besuch oder unternehmen auch gern Dinge außerhalb der WG (zum Beispiel Konzerte/Bars, draußen im Park/am See chillern oder woanders rumtingeln) und sind sehr offen für vielfältige Aktionen bzw. mögen es ein gemeinsames WG-Leben zu leben. Wenn man mal seinen Rückzug braucht, ist das aber auch total okay und jede Person genießt auch mal ihre Zeit für sich. Alles in allem ist unser Zusammenleben sehr freundschaftlich, angenehm und entspannt:)
In unserer WG leben gerade Mark (30), Hanne (24), Pia (21) und Raphaël (21). Jette (27) ist auch ein fester Bestandteil in unserer WG. Aktuell macht sie ein Auslandsemester in Vilnius und wird im Sommer wiederkommen. Sie ist sehr kreativ, liebt witzige Ideen, unternimmt gern Dinge und studiert Informationsdesign. Mark ist das älteste Mitglied der WG. Er kommt aus Ungarn und hat verschiedenste Leidenschaften. Derzeit arbeitet er an einem Startup für eine Sprachlern-App, er liebt klassische Musik, Kunstfilme und ist jederzeit für ein schönes Gespräch offen. Er geht gerne aus, lernt neue Leute kennen und liebt es auch zu wandern. Hanne hat dieses Semester ihren Master in elementarer Tanz-und Musikpädagogik an der HMT angefangen und ist dementsprechend sehr Musik-, Theater- und Tanzbegeistert. Sie mag es neue Dinge auszuprobieren und lässt sich schnell für jedwede kreative Aktion begeistern. Pia hat dieses Semester mit ihrem Studium Museumspädagogik an der HTWK angefangen. Sie zeichnet/malt gern (unter anderem Tattoo-Art), ist sehr offen und man kann mit ihr über so ziemlich alles quatschen. Zu guter letzt gibt es Raphaël. Er kommt aus Frankreich und wohnt für ein halbes Jahr in Jettes Zimmer. Er arbeitet gerade am Max-Planck-Institut im Bereich Evolution und Genetik, liebt es Musik zu machen (Klavier und Gitarre), spielt Schach und klettert gern.

ENG:
Our flatshare-life is very harmonious, open and friendly. Our current constellation is still quite new, but in this short time, we've already done a lot of things together or planned future activities. These include cooking together, movie nights, creative projects, going out to parties, and having fun kitchen conversations. In November, for example, we hosted a fancy WG party. A great bonus is the projector we have, which gives our movie nights a bit of a cinema vibe :).
We also often have guests over or enjoy doing things outside the WG, like going to concerts, bars, chilling in the park or by the lake, or just exploring new places. We're very open to a variety of activities and really value having a communal WG life. But if someone needs their own space that's totally fine, and everyone enjoys having some time for themselves every now and then. All in all, our living situation is very relaxed! Currently, our WG consists of Mark (29), Hanne (24), Pia (21), and Raphaël (21). Jette (27) is also a core member of our WG, though she's currently spending a semester abroad in Vilnius and will return in the summer. She’s very creative, loves cool ideas, and studies Informationdesign. Mark is the oldest WG member, but has a big passion for different things. Right now he is working on a language app, he loves classical music, art movies and he is open for a nice conversation any time you meet him! He likes to go out, meet new people, and loves hiking as well. Hanne started her Master’s in elementary dance and music pedagogy at HMT this semester, so she’s very passionate about music, theater, and dance. She loves trying new things and is easily inspired to join in on any creative activity. Pia started studying museum education at HTWK this semester. She enjoys drawing/painting (including tattoo art), is very open, and you can talk to her about almost anything. Finally, there’s Raphaël. He’s from France and is staying in Jette’s room for six months. He works at the Max Planck Institute in the field of evolution and genetics, he likes making music (piano and guitar), enjoys playing chess and go climbing.

Sonstiges
Die monatliche Miete ist noch nicht ganz klar, da wir eine Mieterhöhung haben werden. Sie liegt aber maximal bei 300€ :)
Falls du schon Anfang März einziehen möchtest, gibt es wahrscheinlich die Möglichkeit bis zum Auszug von Joshi im Wohnzimmer zu übernachten.


ENG:
The monthly rent isn’t completely fixed yet, as there will be a rent increase. However, it will be a maximum of €300 :)
If you’d like to move in at the beginning of March, there’s probably the option to stay in the living room until Joshi moves out.
