Suchst du kurzfristig noch einen Platz zum Wohnen und Wohlfühlen im Herzen von Leipzig? Dann bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen!
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte, offene und entspannte WG und haben gerade ein möbliertes Zimmer bis Ende Mai zur Zwischenmiete zu vermieten, ein kürzerer Zeitraum wäre auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, 28 qm groß und kostet 430€ all inclusive. Wir sind eine 5er-WG, jetzt grade mit einer Altersspanne zwischen 23 und 46. Im Moment sind wir alle recht viel unterwegs, deshalb ist es bei uns auch meistens ruhig.
Komm gerne vorbei und schau es dir an, eine Online-Besichtigung wäre auch möglich.

Your new room is huge, bright and near to the city centre! Everything you need for your stay in Leipzig is available in the room. Design freedom is included!
At the moment, the rooms are furnished, including bed and shelves.
Super zentral gelegen. Albertina, Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Karli, Uniklinik und Clarapark sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es wie Sand am Meer. Verkehrsanbindung ist spitzenmäßig und Parkplätze findet man meistens auch (noch?) sehr gut!
Super centrally located. Albertina, Federal Administrative Court, Karli, University Hospital and Clarapark are all nearby. Shopping opportunities are a dime a dozen. Transport connections are excellent and parking spaces are (still?) very easy to find!
Wir sind sehr offen, lösungsorientiert und es gibt viel Verhandlungsspielraum. Falls Du bspw. kürzer bei uns bleiben möchtest: das kriegen wir bestimmt hin. Komm gern vorbei und schau Dir unsere Wohnung live oder online an.
