Zwischenmiete: helles 9m^2 Zimmer in großer 6-er WG in Plagwitz

Lage
Mitten in Plagwitz! Direkt an der Wohnung ist ein LIDL, EDEKA, ein REWE, DM, Rossmann, viele kleine Restaurants und Bars, Bäcker ... und einer der beste vegane Vietnamese der Stadt (!!)

Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen „Elster-Passage“ und „Markranstädterstraße“ befinden sich jeweils in nur 250 m Entfernung. Von hier gelangt man mit der Linie 3 in knapp 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem fährt die 74 direkt vor der Haustür ab und bringt einen schnell und direkt in die Südvorstadt und nach Connewitz.
Direkt neben unserem Haus ist liegt der Karl-Heine-Kanal und die Karl-Heine Straße und Lindenau sind auch direkt um die Ecke. 10min zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Clara Zetkin Park und die Sachsenbrücke, der Volkspark und der Auwald. Es ist superschön und grün bei uns!

Right in the middle of Plagwitz! Very close to the flat is a LIDL, EDEKA, a REWE, DM, Rossmann and many small restaurants and bars, bakeries…all that you need. Besides, theres one of the best vegan Vietnamese places in town!
The tram stop “Elster Passage” and „Markranstädterstraße“ are only 250m away from our house. From there you get to the main station in 15min and the city center in a bit less than 15min. Also, the Bus 74 goes directly to Südvorstadt and it’s easy to reach Connewitz.
Right next to our house is the Karl-Heine-Kanal and Lindenau is just around the corner. 10min from our place is the Clara Zetkin Park and the Sachsenbrücke, the Volkspark and the Auwald - it’s really pretty and green in our neighborhood :)

WG-Leben
Wir sind Maria (25), Joni (26), Klara (26), Najib (31) und Jule (27) und studieren, lohnarbeiten oder machen irgendetwas anderes in Leipzig.
Ich, Klara (ein bisschen verwirrend, unser WG gesucht Konto läuft über Jule), werde Mitte März bis Mitte Mai nach Marokko gehen und dort auf einer Farm arbeiten und reisen, deshalb wird mein Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum frei.

Wir hängen gerne zusammen rum, quatschen, kochen gerne leckeres Essen (meistens veggie, z.T. ghanaische Küche dank Najib und z.T. vegan), trinken Bier, Sekt und viel Kaffee, gucken Filme, lieben Flohmärkte,... Und am Wochenende frühstücken gerne die von uns die da sind groß gemeinsam! Allerdings sind wir alle auch phasenweise viel unterwegs oder beschäftigt und dementsprechend mal mehr oder weniger präsent in der WG.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Trotzdem schätzen und brauchen wir aber natürlich alle unsere Freiräume - geschlossene Zimmertüren sind immer ok :)
Ganz ab und zu ist es am Wochenende durch Besuch, Geburtstage etc. mal etwas voller und etwas turbulenter, aber idR sind wir eine gemütliche und ruhige WG - so oder so zumindest immer rücksichtsvoll miteinander :)
Ansonsten teilen wir alle unser Essen miteinander (Stichwort Küchenkommunismus), aber da kannst du gerne frei entscheiden, ob das auch für dich passt oder ob du dein eigenes Zeug haben möchtest :)
Damit wir uns hier alle wohlfühlen können, gibts einen Putzplan: Jede:r hat eine Aufgabe in der Woche und wir rotieren dann durch, sodass man z.B. diese Woche mit Bad und nächste mit Wohnzimmer dran ist.

We are Sophia (30), Joni (26), Klara (26), Najib (31), Maria (25) and Jule (27) and we are studying, working or doing something else in Leipzig.
I, Klara (I know a little confusing, our common WG gesucht account runs over Jule), am going to Marocco from the middle of march until the middle of may to work on a farm and travel, so my room will be free for that time of period.

We like hanging out together, chatting, cooking delicious food (mostly veggie, partly Ghanaian cuisine thanks to Najib and partly vegan), drinking beer and lots of coffee, watching movies, taking walks together, loving flea markets,...And we love having big breakfasts together at the weekends! However, we are asol busy a lot at times and therefore some of us are somtimes more and sometimes less present :D
We are not a functional flat share. Nevertheless, we all appreciate and need our space - closed room doors are always ok :)
Every now and then it gets a bit more crowded and turbulent at the weekend due to visitors, birthdays etc., but we're generally a cozy and quiet flat share - at least we're always considerate of each other :)
We all share our food with each other (keyword: kitchen communism), but you are free to decide whether that suits you or whether you want to have your own stuff, both ist perfectly fine with us! :)
So that we can all feel comfortable here, we have a cleaning schedule: Everyone has a task for the week and we rotate so that, for example, it's your turn to clean the bathroom this week and the living room next week. If someone‘s not there or can't manage something, we simply communicate this via the flat share chat :)
