Auf dem Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit Toilette, Bad und Duschkabine das mit einem weitern Mitbewohner geteilt wird.
Die Küche ist im 1. Geschoss und ist Voll ausgestattet (Backofen/Herd, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke, 1 großer Gefrierschrank).
Im Zimmer ist WLAN vorhanden. Wir haben eine 1000 MBits Leitung. Der Preis fürs Internet wird sich von den Mitbewohnern geteilt und beträgt 9 Euro monatlich.

On the top floor there is a common bathroom with toilet, bath and shower cabin which is shared with another flatmate.
The kitchen is on the 1st floor and is fully equipped (oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 1 large freezer).
WLAN is available in the room. We have a 1000 MBits line. The price for the internet is shared by the roommates and would be 9 euros per month.
Tech. Hochschule ist in ca. 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß und in ca. 7-8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Supermärkte(Edeka, Aldi) sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Guter Dönerladen ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.
Bushaltestelle mit Bus zur Innenstadt direkt vor der Haustür. Bus fährt im 15 Minuten Takt von 7 bis 17 Uhr, Mo - Fr.
Ansonsten ist die Innenstadt in ca. 20 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
University can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by foot and in about 7-8 minutes by bike.
Supermarkets(Edeka, Aldi) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Good kebab place is practically right outside the front door.
Bus stop with bus to the city center right outside the front door. Bus runs every 15 minutes from 7am to 5pm, Mon - Fri.
Otherwise, the city center is also within walking distance in about 20 minutes.
Da viele der alten Bewohner mit den ich persönlich viel unternommen habe in den letzten 1-2 jahren ausgezogen sind ist es etwas ruhiger geworden. Das heist nicht das bei uns Überhaupt nichts los ist sondern das man gemeinsame Aktivitäten, wie ein Spieleabend oder Grillen, anstoßen muss. Ansonsten hat man immer seine Ruhe und die Privatspähre wird respektiert.
Es handelt sich bei der Anzeige um mein jetztiges Zimmer, da ich aber praktisch nicht mehr dort wohne würde ich euch an die übrigen WG Mitbewohner weiterleiten.
Zimmer ist ab dem 1.2. einzugsbereit.
Internationale Stunden sind gerne willkommen.
