We are currently two flatmates, one male and one female, both working professionals (one also studying), seeking a third person to join our household. We're looking for a clean, mature, well-educated, and mannered individual, preferably a master's student, PhD candidate, or post-doctoral researcher who would appreciate a furnished room in a spacious, historic apartment.
Our recently renovated room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The flat boasts two bathrooms and toilets, a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying sunsets, a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities, and generous common areas ideal for relaxation, work, or study.
The rental price is all-inclusive, covering electricity, heating, internet, etc...
We are open-minded and sociable individuals who would enjoy occasionally cooking together or sharing a beer or wine in the evening.
Moving dates are flexible.
