Individually designed room to feel good! The room has a high quality bed 120 x 200 cm. The desk and various small pieces of furniture leave nothing to be desired. The newly renovated bathroom with a window is shared with one person. The modern kitchen invites you to get in touch with the other 3 residents or to cook your own soup. After work, look forward to ending the day in a beautiful ambience. When the weather is nice, the terrace invites you to linger. Garden furniture in the bike shed. Lawn in the courtyard area.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt.
Falls Sie ein Auto besitzen ist ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Für Fahrräder ist eine Hütte vorhanden.
Der Wald mit Fitness Trail ist direkt in Sichtweite. Ein Golfplatz ist auch ein Abschlag weit entfernt. In Leonberg direkt ist in 5 Minuten Fahrzeit (Fahrrad oder Auto)entfernt ein modernes Fitness Studio.

Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Wäscheständer. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist entgeltlich mit einem "Me wash" System verbunden. Das heißt pro Waschgang fallen 2,-€ an. Es wird erwartet, wie üblich das Sie sich am WG Putzplan beteiligen.
Es stehen Besen und Staubsauger zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Zimmer sind Sie selbst verantwortlich. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Einmal pro Monat kommt unsere Reinigungsfirma und reinigt zusätzlich die Böden der Allgemeinräume, sowie mit Ankündigung eine Bodenreinigung Ihres Zimmers. Dieser zusätzlicher Service ist nicht an die Miete gekoppelt. Mietverträge auf 6 Monate, unter 6 Monaten wird 7% Mehrwertsteuer zusätzlich fällig.
There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer and drying rack. The use of the washing machine is connected to a "Me wash" system for a fee. That means €2 per wash. It is expected, as usual, that you participate in the WG cleaning plan.
Brooms and vacuum cleaners are available. You are responsible for your own room. An iron and ironing board are available. Our cleaning company comes once a month and also cleans the floors of the common rooms, as well as a floor cleaning of your room with notice. This additional service is not linked to the rent.
