Ich (Katja 27 Jahre alt) suche eine Mitbewohner*in für ein ca. 18qm großes WG Zimmer.
Für 250 Euro ist alles drin, inklusive Internet und Strom. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und weitere Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden.
Jeder von uns hätte ein eigenes Zimmer, gemeinsam würden wir uns die große Küche teilen, sowie die Bäder (ein Raum mit Dusche, ein Raum mit der Toilette) und einen Abstellraum. Der Hausflur ist auch groß und bietet genügend Platz für Garderobe und Abstellfläche.

Die Wohnung ist zentral in Lindlar gelegen.
Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt.
Ich arbeite in Lindlar bin allerdings auch viel unterwegs.
Am liebsten wäre mir ein unkomplizierter Mensch, mit dem man mal quatschen kann oder auch was gemeinsames unternehmen (z.B. kochen, boulder etc.), der aber auch ein selbstständiges Leben führt.
