Die gesamte Einheit ist 123m2 groß und verfügt über ein schönes Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und separatem WC sowie drei Schlafzimmern. Bald werde ich (Audry) für 6 Monate ins Ausland ziehen und daher suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer von Januar bis Juni 2025 untermietet.

Das verfügbare Schlafzimmer ist 11,46 m2 groß und wird bei Bedarf komplett möbliert übergeben (Einzelbett mit Matratze, 1 kleines und 1 großes Bücherregal, großer Schreibtisch mit Sessel, Kommode und Kleiderschrank). Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil. Diese Wohnung ist charmant und erschwinglich, sodass sie perfekt für eine Studentin (ab 24 Jahren) oder junge Berufstätige geeignet ist!

Looking for an amazing flatshare with other women in the center of Linz? This gorgeous apartment is full of natural light and is located only 600 meters from Landstraße; down the road from Mariendom. The entire unit is 123m2 with a beautiful living room, full kitchen and separate pantry, a large bathroom with washing machine and separate WC, and three bedrooms. Soon I (Audry) will be moving out of the country for 6 months and I am looking for someone to sublet my room from January – June 2025.
Where You’ll Stay:
The available bedroom is 11,46 m2 and comes fully furnished if needed (single bed with mattress, 1 small and 1 large bookshelf, large desk and chair, dresser and standing closet). The apartment also includes a basement storage area. This apartment is so charming and affordable; it is a perfect fit for a university graduate (24 or older) or a young professional!

Wir sind Julie (32, Österreicherin), Kati (29, Tschechin) und Audry (30, Amerikanerin) und sind alle berufstätig. Audry und Julie wohnen seit Herbst 2021 in der WG, Kati ist im Frühjahr 2024 zu uns gestoßen. Wir drei verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, indem wir zusammen kochen, Netflix schauen, Brettspiele spielen und die Stadt erkunden. Wir sind der Meinung, dass zusammen Zeit zu verbringen ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines gemeinsamen Zuhauses ist. Jetzt zieht Audry für 6 Monate ins Ausland, und wir freuen uns darauf, für ein halbes Jahr eine neue Mitbewohnerin zu haben!
A Bit About Us:
We are Julie (32, Austrian), Kati (29, Czech) and Audry (30, American) and are all working in Linz. Audry and Julie have shared the WG since fall 2021, and Kati joined us in spring 2024. The three of us enjoy spending time together by cooking, watching Netflix, playing board games, and exploring the city. We believe that quality time together is an important part of sharing a home. Now Audry is moving out of the country for 6 months, and we are looking forward to having a new roommate for half a year!
