The room is spacious and and next to the kitchen. It comes with a mattress, a wardrobe and a desk. They are not in the photos, so if you’re interested, we’ll simply show you. :-) for this I’ll ask for 50€. The rest of the flat is equipped with everything you need (kitchen devices, cleaning devices and so on).
The flat is in a central location — the next bus station is within 1-2 minutes of walking distance, the tram line (station Goethekreuzung) is in a walking distance of 10 minutes. This is where you’ll find the central street Landstrasse. The area is filled with international shops and there’s a 24-hour-Spar/gas station around the corner (4 minutes).
You’ll live with Giada and Sofia, who are both from Italy. Giada is working fulltime and Sofia is an artist who studies Interface Cultures at the Art University. Giada speaks German, both speak English and Italian. So the language will be up to you :-) there is no need to participate in group activities, but Sofia and Giada cook and eat together a couple times a week and there’s an open and warm atmosphere. In the kitchen, we meet automatically and talk or have a coffee together.
