your new room is small, but has enough space for everything necessary.
The cupboard is part of the room and in the hallway are more wall cupboards, which you can use.
It´s a shared flat for 6 people that has been existing for a long time. There are a total of 4 balconies, 3 of which are small and are only used for smoking, the fourth is a cosy place to sit and is in front of your window. There is also a large living room and a nice kitchen (and a cellar compartment).
The €307 rent includes internet and all utilities.
I can move out in the time between the beginning of December and the first of January, so your move-in date is flexibel in this time and up to you.
The apartment has a great location.
The train station is a 5-minute walk away, the city center is 10 minutes away and the beautiful, large Bauernberg Park is also 5 minutes away.
As the room faces a side street, it is nicely quiet.
The roommates are a mixed group. One works with children, one teaches at a Gymnasium, one is studying for a Master's degree in space&design strategies, one is studying for a Master's degree in media culture and art theory and the fifth is studying physics at the JKU.
Two of them come from Austria, one from Texas, one from Russia and one from Germany.
So no matter where you come from and what you do, you are very welcome :)
