Das Zimmer hat knappe 19 Quadratmeter und ein großes Fenster. Es liegt auf der Straßenseite des Gebäudes mit Blick in Richtung Osten, deshalb scheint in der Früh die Sonne beim Fenster herein.
Es ist im Moment komplett unmöbliert, nur auf der Fensterbank steht das Wifi-Empfangsgerät.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist die Haltestelle Rudolfstraße, es fahren vier Straßenbahnlinien vorbei. Außerdem sind natürlich auch Buslinien vor Ort. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in kürzester Zeit am Linzer Hauptbahnhof. Genauso ist man auch zu Fuß schnell bei der Lentia City wo man fast alle Geschäfte auf einem Fleck findet.
Außerdem ist man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß im Grünen auf der Donaulände.
Im Moment Wohnen in der WG Jimena und Lena.
Jimena studiert Wirtschaft und arbeitet nebenbei.
Lena studiert Medizin.
Gesucht wird deshalb auch wieder ein Student oder eine Studentin.
