The room has a height-adjustable desk, monitor and an office chair. There is a huge wardrobe and a double-bed (140cm) with a new mattress. In the living room there is a space which I use for my morning practices. Maybe you like to use for doing yoga or other practices :)
The flat is 5 min away from train station Carcavelos by bike (15min by foot). You get to Lisbon by train in 30 min.
It takes about 10 min to Carcavelos beach by bike (with several surf schools). 15 min by bike to Nova University and 5 min to supermarkets by foot. The flat is in a residential and very quite area.
I have been living most of my life in a WG (keine Zweck-WG) and in Germany for about 6 years in 6-er WG. what a great experience. I am a very curious and sociable person who enjoys having conversation about various topics. I would enjoy cooking and eating together or even go to Lisboa for some events. Keeping the flat tidy and respecting each others privacy is extremely important for me.
About me: I am 38 year old and work from home as a software developer. After work, I usually go to Lisboa for my movement practice or dancing. Or, I head to the beach for a walk/swim.
