Hallo, liebe WG- Suchenden,
das zuvermietende Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hell und freundlich. Es würde möbliert vergeben werden, jedoch persönliche Gegenstände und Kleidung entfernt werden, sodass du Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe des Unicampus, und ist 15 min mit dem Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt. Neben der großen Mensawiese, liegt direkt neben der Wohnung ein kleiner Wald.
Die Kosten von 398€ enthalten bereits Strom, Internet und die Miete.
Gesucht wird eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine angenehme 2er WG, da ich für ein Praktikum einen Monat nicht dort wohnen werde.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr herzlich offen liebevoll und sympathisch. Sie macht gerade ihr Anerkennungsjahr in der Sozialen Arbeit, ist also in Teilzeit berufstätig.
Wenn es zeitlich passt, unternimmt sie gerne auch mal etwas zusammen, z. B Kochen, Spazieren gehen, Sport etc.
Trotzdem wäre es auch schön, manchmal etwas Privatsphäre und Rube zu haben. :)
Ihr ist es wichtig, dass man gemeinsam auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achtet, damit die Wohnung es für alle ein schönes Zuhause sein kann. Auch ist ihr ein respektvollen Umgang und offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig.
Insgesamt freut sie sich über ein entspanntes und harmonisch Zusammenleben.

the room for rent is 18 square meters, bright and friendly. It would be rented furnished, but personal belongings and clothes would be removed so that you have space for your own things.
The apartment is located near the university campus, and is 15 minutes by bike from the city center. In addition to the large Mensa meadow, there is a small forest right next to the apartment.
The costs of 398€ already include electricity, internet and the rent.
I am looking for a nice flatmate for a pleasant 2-person shared flat, as I will be doing an internship for a month.
My flatmate is very warm, open, loving and friendly. She is currently doing her recognition year in social work in Uelzen, so she works part-time.
When time allows, she likes to do things together, e.g. cooking, going for a walk, sports, etc.
Nevertheless, it is also important to her that you can close the door to your room from time to time. :)
Other than it is important to her to work together to maintain order and cleanliness so that the apartment can be a nice home for everyone. Respectful interaction and open communication are also very important to her.
All in all, she is happy to live together in a relaxed and harmonious way.
