mein wunderschönes Zimmer in der Lüneburger Innenstadt sucht ab dem 01.08.2013 einen neuen Mieter. Es liegt ganz zentral Am Sande und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 15 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad an der Uni.
Im Mietpreis sind bereits alle Kosten (inkl. GEZ, Strom, Telefon) enthalten.
Am Sande fahren in regelmäßigen Abständen Busse und bis zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Er ist in gut 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.Bis zur Uni sind es etwa 15 min mit dem Fahrrad, je nach Campus.
In der WG bleibt Jule, eine sehr nette, aufgeschlossene Personalerin in einem Hotelbetrieb in Hamburg. Sie ist zwar viel unterwegs, aber für gemeinsame Stündchen auch gern zu haben. Da sie arbeitet und das Haus ein ganz normales Wohnhaus ist, handelt es sich bei der Wohnung nicht um eine Party-WG.
