Unsere WG sucht einen neuen Mitbewohner, da ich (Steffi) mich ins Ausland absetze.
Vanessa und Elisa bleiben. Die beiden studieren ihren Master an der Leuphana und sind äußerst liebenswert. Lern sie einfach selbst kennen
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 qm groß. Meine Möbel würde ich gerne fürs erste Jahr da lassen und sozusagen kostenfrei verleihen.
Die Wohnung selbst hat insgesamt um die 80 qm, die Küche ist groß genug für gemeinsame Abende mit Kochen und Bierchen. Abspülen musst du danach auch nicht- Spülmaschine ole!
Badezimmer haben wir gleich zwei, also kein Schlangestehen, wenn einer mal länger zum Fertigmachen braucht Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine- alles da.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super- direkt hinter der Innenstadt.
10 Geh-min zum Bahnhof
10 Geh-min zum Sande (dort fahren so ziemlich alle Busse)
5 min zum Penny oder Wochenmarkt (Elisa ist neuerdings auch Marktschreier, da gibt’s auch mal paar Äpfel umsonst)
5 min zur "Partymeile" (nicht das Lüneburg eine hätte, aber wir gehen gern in die Hausbar und ins Pesel)
15 min auf dem Fahrrad zum Hauptcampus
10 min auf dem Fahrrad zum Campus Rotes Feld
International Students are very welcomed as well. And as I am looking for a flat in France now and know how it sucks if you don’t understand the language, here in English again :
As I am (Steffi) leaving Germany, we are looking for a new flatmate.
Vanessa and Elisa are staying. They are doing their masters at Leuphana university and are very lovely. Just stop by and get to know them yourself.
The room is about 20 sqm. I would like to leave my furniture for one year in it for free.
The whole flat is about 80 sqm and the kitchen is big enough for having evenings with shared meals and beers. And afterwards you don’t have to do any washing up- we love our dish washer!
We do have two bathrooms, so no waiting if someone needs longer to get ready in the morning. Shower, bathtub, washing machine- we got it all!
The flat is located perfectly- very close to the city.

10 walking mins to “Sande”
5 mins to the supermarket or fresh market
5 mins to Pesel & Hausbar
15 mins by bike to main campus
15 mins by bike to campus “Rotes Feld”
