Das Zimmer liegt im oberen Stockwerk unserer Wohnung, die über zwei Stockwerke geht. Es hat zwei Fenster nach Norden und Osten und kriegt vormittags relativ viel Licht, da es im obersten Stock ist. Im Zimmer nebenan lebt Johannes und zu den beiden Räumen führt eine kleine Treppe. Wenn nötig, können wir ein paar Möbel stellen, wenn wir früh genug Bescheid wissen.
The room is on the top floor of our apartment, which has two floors. It has two windows facing north and east and gets a lot of light in the morning as it is on the top floor. Johannes lives in the room next door and a small staircase leads to both If necessary, we could provide with some basic furniture, if you tell us in advance.
Das Haus liegt am Sande, dem größten Platz der Stadt. Einkaufen, Cafes oder Kino ist alles in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten entfernt.
The house is located on Sande, the largest square in the city. Shopping, cafes and cinemas are all within 5 minutes and the university is 10 minutes away by bike.
Wir bieten für vier Monate ein Zimmer in unserer WG, da eine Mitbewohnerin ein Auslandssemester machen wird. Wir, das sind Emma (23), Jakob (27) und Johannes (30). Emma ist Krankenschwester, Johannes arbeitet im Familienbetrieb und Jakob studiert Politik. Unser WG-Leben ist relativ ruhig, aber es entstehen auch häufiger gemeinsame Unternehmungen, wie Mario Kart, Filmeabende oder Zeit im Park. Wir haben eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem auch geraucht wird. Jakob und Emma leben schon seit drei Jahren hier und Johannes ist seit diesem Jahr mit dabei. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die rücksichtsvoll und bei WG-Angelegenheiten zuverlässig ist, aber sind ansonsten sehr offen gegenüber jeglichen Lebensrealitäten.
We are offering a room in our shared flat for four months, as one of our flatmates will be spending a semester abroad. We are Emma (23), Jakob (27) and Johannes (30). Emma is a nurse, Johannes works in the family business and Jakob is studying politics. Our shared flat is relatively quiet, but we also often get together, if the opportunity arises. Then we like to play videogames, go to the park or watch a movie. We have a large kitchen and a living room where smoking is allowed. Jakob and Emma have been living here for three years and Johannes joined us this year. We would like someone who is considerate and reliable in a shared flat, but are otherwise very open to all the realities of life.
