Das Zimmer liegt mit einem sehr großen schönen Fenster zum Innenhof, ist aber trotzdem immer super hell. Ausgestattet ist es mit einer hohen Decke und es findet sich für alles wichtige genug Platz. Man muss tatsächlich durchs Bad um in dieses Zimmer zu gelangen, aber beide vorherigen Mitbewohner hatten gar keine Probleme damit und es ist auf jeden Fall manageable. Nur falls du einen super leichten Schlaf hast, empfiehlt es sich vielleicht nicht. Frei wird dieses Zimmer ab dem 1. Dezember.
The room has a very big window pointed to the courtyard which still brings a lot of sunlight inside. It has high ceilings, typical for these old buildings. You actually have to go through the bathroom to get into this room but both former roommates didn’t have any problems and it is really manageable. Except if you have a really light sleep, maybe its not so perfect for you. This room is available from December 1st.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Bahnhof. Vor der Tür ist auch eine Bushaltestelle und im kleineren Umkreis sind diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants und Imbisse, Kiosks etc. und Grünflächen/Wald oder Kreidebergsee sind auch in 10min zu erreichen. Durch die Bahnhofsnähe ist die Innenstadt natürlich auch nicht weit.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the central train station. There is also a bus station next to the house and you can also find supermarkets, late night shops and takeaway spots close by. If you want to spent some time in nature it would be 10 minutes to a near small forest or in the other direction to the Kreideberg lake. You can reach the Stint in 7 minutes by foot and go from there to the city center.
WG-Leben
Vanessa zieht nun nach 2 Jahren aus, um neue Wege zu beschreiten. Wir haben gern zusammen Filmeabende gemacht, ewig auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche geschnackt oder haben uns hauls von unseren neuesten second hand catches gegeben. Gern möchten wir einen Mitbewohni finden mit welchem es auch weiterhin keine Zweck WG ist und man auch Zeit zusammen verbringen kann. Eine gewisse Grundordentlichkeit ist bei einer WG natürlich immer gut, aber einen Geschirrspüler, viele Abstellräume und Kulanz wenn mal was stehen bleibt, hilft dabei auch.
Our former roommate Vanessa is leaving now after 2 years of our flatshare. We did movie nights together, had long talks on the balcony or in the kitchen and love to present our latest second hand catches to each other. We‘d like to find a roommate that are also down to spend time together and not just live next to each other. A basic cleanliness is always good for a flatshare but our dishwasher, many storage rooms and the tolerance if someone did leave something helps a lot.

Heyy ich bin Tom, 22 Jahre alt und bin jetzt im 3. Semester, ich studiere Grundschul-Lehramt auf Deutsch & Englisch und ich wohne seit November 2023 in der WG. Ich würde mich selbst als eine offene und eher ruhige Person beschreiben, ich zocke gerne, zum Ausgleich mach ich aber auch viel Sport und versuch viel zu lesen.
In der WG hier ist mir wichtig, dass man verlässlich ist (Sauberkeit/Absprachen), dass man sich bei den Personen nicht verstellen muss und dass man Sachen, die einen stören, offen und respektvoll ansprechen kann (:
Heyy I‘m Tom, I‘m 22 years old and recently started my 3rd semester, I study to become an elementary school teacher, my subjects are German and English. I‘ve been in this WG since November 2023. I would describe myself as an open also rather quiet person, I like playing video games but I also enjoy doing a lot of sports and reading as a balance. Regarding living together it is really important to me to be reliable (cleaniness/agreements), that we can be ourselfs around each other and that we also communicate clearly if something is bothering us (:
Halli Hallo, ich bin Mia, 20 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin und wohne seit Juni in der Wg. Ich bin gerne kreativ, offen und kommunikativ, liebe Spieleabende in der Küche mit der Wg & friends. Bin außerdem immer für nen Haffee zu haben oder feministisch- politischen Austausch. Mir ist liebevoll- ehrliche Kommunikation wichtig und dass wir als Wg auch Zeit miteinander verbringen (wobei jede/r * natürlich auch den eigenen safe Space haben sollte/ Zeit für sich). Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, bin ich auch Fan von Kommunikation, Zuverlässigkeit & mags generell wenn eine grundlegende Ordentlichkeit vorhanden ist :)
heyyy there, I‘m Mia, 20 years old and I‘m doing an apprenticeship for become a preschool teacher. I‘ve been living here since June.
I‘d describe myself as a creative, open-minded and communicative person, I loooove game nights with the WG and/or friends. I‘m always up for a coffee or political/feminism topics.
Eye to eye and honest conversations as well as spending time together as a WG are quite important to me (while also being aware that everybody is allowed to have time for themselves).
When it comes to cleaning, I‘m a fan of some kind of “base“-cleanness, and I appreciate communicating openly about it if something is bothering you.
