This spacious apartment was carefully designed by an architect, offering a comfortable environment, well-insulated against humidity and cold, with heaters installed inside the walls. The apartment is independent, located on the underground floor of the house, with its own entrance through the backyard. It consists of:
- 3 rooms (including your future room, my room and a living/dining area)
- 1 huge bathroom with a glass shower and space for drying clothes
- A modern kitchen equipped with a stove and cabinets
- A loggia with space for a washing machine
- A small area for coats and shoes
Your room is approximately 9 m² but big enough to fit a couple bad . If you feel the space is too small for your needs, we can discuss the possibility of using the living/dining area, which is spacious.

Kaltenmoor is a quieter area of Lüneburg, known for its residential nature, so it’s a good choice for people looking for a calm, more suburban setting while still being close to the city center.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street with many senior residents.
It's ideal for those seeking peace and contact with nature, as a forest for walks is 2 min walking nearby. The university campus is just 12 minutes away by bike, and the city center is 14 minutes away. The street is peaceful, providing a sense of security and tranquility.
My name is Fernanda, but feel free to call me Fer. I’m a communicative, open-minded person with a lot of energy. In my free time, I practice martial arts, paint, and like to decorate spaces. I love visiting new places and trying new hobbies. I’m doing a Master's in Cultural Studies at Leuphana, so I’m often immersed in academic work (which sometimes requires moments of quiet focus), but I’m also open to socializing, watching movies, doing art, or even exploring the city together.
Household Dynamics:
I’m looking for a responsible person who knows how to balance socializing with respecting each other's space and privacy.
For me, cleanliness and organization in the house are very important. We can discuss a cleaning plan or other shared responsibilities for maintaining the house.
At first, I think it’s best if each person is responsible for their own food and personal products, but I’m open to discussing and creating healthy, balanced living dynamics together. It would be nice to have regular communication about house-related issues—perhaps using apps to divide other expenses. I'm also open to organizing joint activities if you’re interested.
Food and Cooking:
I have no dietary dogmas. We could cook a predominantly vegan/vegetarian diet if it’s important for you, but I also would like to make a traditional Brazilian barbecue and other cultural dishes once a while. The important thing is that the environment is calm and familiar, and that we respect each other’s food choices.
About the Landlady:
The landlady is a senior but active person, who lives on the upper floor. She values tranquility and asks that tenants respect the peaceful environment, avoiding excessive noise. So It’s important to keep this in mind :).
The apartment will be available starting in February. We can schedule a viewing on the morning of January 7th (it could be adjusted to a day before or after depending on the current tenant's availability). The rental contract will be signed directly with the landlord and should start on February 1st. It is very important that you can provide proof of income. The minimum stay is 6 months, but ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer period. The contract with the landlord includes a 3-month notice period if you decide to move out.
Costs and Payments:
The total rent and deposit will be split between us, with 750€ for the deposit and 400€ for the rent each. These amounts already include water, heating, and electricity. Additionally, will need to sign up for internet, and the costs will be shared equally between us.
Investing in the House:
The house is not furnished. I’m negotiating the purchase and transportation of some furniture, such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and other household items. We can discuss a fair price for these items, which will likely amount to around 500€ per person. Additionally, I would love to furnish and decorate the apartment together. We can shop for furniture and other items together, creating a welcoming and cozy environment for everyone.
