Bist du auf der Suche für ein Zimmer für das kommende Sommersemester 2025? Ich untervermiete mein Zimmer (April - Ende September) in einer sympathischen WG im Studentenwohnheim.
Zum Zimmer: Es ist gemütlich möbiliert und hat einen WLAN-Router für den ich einen kleinen Abschlag möchte, weil ich ihn zum Einzug selbst gekauft habe.
Zur Wohnung: Alles ist renoviert und warm, die Küche ist mit Herd, Ofen, Airfryer und einem großen Kühlschrank sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt 2 Badezimmer.
ACHTUNG: Untervermietung ist nur an Studierende mit Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder Praktikant*innen mit einem Praktikumsvertrag für die Zeit möglich.

Are you looking for a room for the upcoming summer semester 2025? I'm subletting my room (April - end of September) in a friendly shared flat in a student dorm.
About the room: It is comfortably furnished and has a WiFi router for which I would like a small payment from you because I bought it myself when I moved in.
About the apartment: Everything is renovated and warm, the kitchen is very well equipped with stove, oven, airfryer and a large fridge and there are 2 bathrooms.
ATTENTION: Subletting is only possible to students with a certificate of enrollment or interns with an internship contract for the period.

Wir sind eine nette WG aus insgesamt 5 Leuten. Wenn ich weg bin, leben hier noch 4 junge Studentinnen, die teilweise internationals sind. Alle sind sehr lieb und wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig in verschiedenen Alltasanliegen. Es gibt Gespräche in der großen Küche oder auch mal einen Kochabend, aber sonst ist die Wohnung eher ein Rückzugsort zum Auftanken.

We are a shared flat with a total of 5 people. When I'm gone, 4 young female students live here, some of whom are internationals. Everyone is very nice and we support each other in various everyday matters. We have conversations in the large kitchen or sometimes a cooking evening, but otherwise the apartment is more of a quiet place to recharge batteries.
Falls du dich für das Zimmer entscheidest und die WG sich auch für dich, brauche ich für den Untermietvertrag eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder Praktikumsvertrag von dir.
Am besten richtest du dann einen Dauerauftrag für die Miete ein.
Ich würde mich außerdem über eine Ablösevereinbarung von ca. 150 Euro freuen, in der eine Endreinigung, die Matratze und der WLAN-Router enthalten ist, die du dann beide benutzen und behalten kannst.
