Camera ammobiliata Affittasi da metá Luglio/inizio agosto 2021 (Sono flessibile)!)ampia e luminosa stanza nel cuore di Viganello, a soli 8 min a piedi dall’Università! La casa è molto grande, composta da 4.5 locali e condivisa con un solo (!) coinquilino. L'apartamento si compone come segue: ampia entrata con un grande armadio come da foto, cucinino con lavastoviglie, salone/sala da pranzo, un bagno, due camere da letto ed un terzo stanzino (utilizzabile sia come camera per ospiti, per i quali c'é un materasso ma anche solo come ripostiglio). L’affitto è di 631.80 CHF al mese più le spese di internet ed elettricità da dividere con il coinquilino. Il deposito é di 1300 CHF. Nella stanza é compreso il letto estendibile (momentaneamente 140cm), potrei lasciare ad un buon prezzo la scrivnia, la sedia, l'armadio e il materasso se ne avete bisogno. Se interessati all'appartamento e volete piu` informazioni (foto) o se volete vedere la camera, potete in qualsiasi mometo venire a vederla contattandomi via Whatsapp al +43 ----/------- Scrivetemi pure in italiano, tedesco o inglese :)
English: Furnished room Bright and spacious room for rent from mid July/beginning of August 2021 (I am flexible!) , only 8 minutes by feet from university. Bus number 3 in front of the house.
Very big 4.5 rooms apartment shared with only one (!) other very friendly male flatmate , the flat includes a big living room, a spacious corridor with a big wardrobe that cane be used, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a third room which contains a guest bed and can be also used for storage.
