Die WG-Wohnung ist gerade renoviert und mit Möbeln ausgestattet worden. In den Gemeinschaftsbereichen stehen eine Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten, wie Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfunktion und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Es werden drei Zimmer für je eine Person zur Vermietung angeboten. Die angegebenen Kosten beziehen sich auf die Anmietung „eines“ Zimmers. Somit sind für jedes Zimmer monatlich 495 € zu zahlen. In dem Betrag sind die Miete für das Zimmer, die anteilige Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume, Strom, Heizung und Betriebskosten enthalten. Das gilt nur, wenn der Strom und die Heizung in einem „normalen Umfang“ genutzt werden.
Jeder Mieter hat seinen eigenen Mietvertrag. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr. Der Vertrag wird für ein Jahr erstellt. Wenn das Mietverhältnis störungsfrei verläuft, wird der Mietvertrag sehr gerne verlängert.
Die Kaution in Höhe von 1050 € ist einmalig vor dem Einzug auf ein Kautionskonto einzuzahlen. Die Reservierung des Zimmers erfolgt erst nach Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrages und der Überweisung der Kaution auf das im Vertrag genannte Kautionskonto/Treuhandkonto.
Die drei zur Vermietung stehenden Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich können bei Bedarf Bettwäsche, ein Kopfkissen, eine Bettdecke und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die folgenden Möbel befinden sich in dem Zimmer:
- Bett mit neuer Matratze
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und passender Beleuchtung
- Regal für deine persönlichen Dinge
- Kleiderständer
- Deckenleuchte
- Vorhänge
Die Küchenausrüstung ist von den Mietern mitzubringen.
Eines dieser frisch renovierten und gemütlichen Zimmer könnte ab dem 15. März 2025 dein neues Zuhause werden!

Newly Established Shared Apartment – Your Room is Waiting!
The apartment has just been renovated and furnished. In the common areas, you will find a fitted kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a washing machine.
Three rooms are available for rent, each for one person. The listed cost refers to the rental of one room. The monthly rent for each room is €495. This amount includes the rent for the room, the proportional use of the shared spaces, electricity, heating, and operating costs—provided that electricity and heating are used within a normal range.
Each tenant will have their own rental agreement. The minimum rental period is one year, and the contract is initially signed for one year. If the tenancy runs smoothly, the contract can be easily extended.
A security deposit of €1,050 must be transferred to a deposit account before moving in. The room reservation is only confirmed after the rental contract has been signed and the deposit has been transferred to the deposit/trust account specified in the contract.
The three rooms available for rent are furnished as shown in the photos. Additionally, upon request, bedding, a pillow, a duvet, and towels can be provided.
Each room is equipped with the following furniture:
• Bed with a new mattress
• Desk with a chair and appropriate lighting
• Shelf for your personal belongings
• Clothes rack
• Ceiling light
• Curtains
Please note: Tenants will need to bring their own kitchenware.

Die helle und sonnige Wohnung befindet sich in der Leipziger Straße 29, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uniklinik entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus halten zwei Straßenbahnlinien, die eine bequeme Anbindung bieten. Die Fahrt zum Hauptcampus der OVGU dauert etwa 25 Minuten, und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.
Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt ein Einkaufszentrum, das alles für den täglichen Bedarf anbietet.

The bright and sunny apartment is located at Leipziger Straße 29, just a few minutes from the University Hospital. Right in front of the building, two tram lines provide excellent transport connections. The tram ride to the main campus takes approximately 25 minutes, and the main train station is also easily and quickly accessible.
A short walk away, you’ll find a shopping center with everything you need for daily life, including grocery stores and other shops.

Dies ist eine neu zu gründende Wohngemeinschaft die für drei Studentinnen gedacht ist.
Ein herzliches Miteinander, Respekt und gegenseitiges Verständnis sind mir wichtig. Damit sich alle wohlfühlen, gibt es einen Putzplan zur fairen Verteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben. So bleibt die Wohnung sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich für alle. 😊
