Rental Details:
1) Rent is to be paid on the first day of each month.
2) An advance payment of the first month’s rent is required to confirm your stay.
3) A care-of letter will be provided initially, with the possibility of transferring the contract permanently if needed.
4) The stay may also be extended, depending on your requirements.
