Ich biete ein wg Zimmer für kurzzeitige Vermietung (maximal 4 Monate) weil ich nicht weiß wie lange ich hier nich wohnen werde. Ich bin weiblich 47 Jahre und wäre deine Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit.
Der Raum ist möbliert und ca 25 m² groß. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und du könntest es Mitbenutzen.
Es gibt 2 Balkone auf denen du auch rauchen könntest.
Ich spreche deutsch und englisch und es wäre wünschenswert wenn du einer dieser Sprachen sprechen könntest.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und Bus und Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.
Die Miete beträgt 430 € im Monat inklusive der Nebenkosten und Internet.

You ve a furnished romm around 25 m². The flat have everything you need. There are two Balcony which you can use if you smoke. Because i dont know what happened in the future i only can offer this room for around three months or shorter. Just ask if you want to know more.

Bus und "Strassenbahn" are near the Flat and you can reach everything around easily.
