Das Zimmer ist klein und nett. Zum schlafen völlig ausreichend. Zum Arbeiten, zocken am Computer etc kann das Büro verwendet werden. Mein Mitbewohner hat das bisher noch nie genutzt und ich häng ständig da drinn😅. Von daher auch super für Home Office geeignet. Für das sonstige chillen wir meistens im großen Wohnzimmer.
Die Lage ist top! Einmal umfallen und man ist im Biergarten, zwei Mal umfallen und man ist in der Innenstadt. Es gibt usreichend Parkplätze. Öffentliche sind eher schwierig aber das liegt an Mainburg und nicht an der Lage. In 10 min ist man am Grießplatz und kann Richtung Freising, Landshut oder Kelheim mit dem Bus.
Das ist wirklich top! Valli ist cool drauf und es fällt wirklich schwer sich nicht mit ihm zu verstehen. Ab und zu ne Feierabendhalbe und ca. Jede zweite Woche Goaßmass Mittwoch ;).
Gemeinsam Kochen und spielen passiert schon auch ab und zu. Wäre gut wenn du einigermaßen ordentlich bist und ein Putzplan kein Fremdwort für dich ist.
Stellplätze gibt es genug und jeden zweiten Monat kannst du den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen. Mit dem Fahrrad kannst du aber auch alles top erreichen. Ist die perfekte Chance das WG Leben Mal auszuprobieren und mit dem Mitbewohner ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Einstieg ;)
