Da ich in meinen Semesterferien (August/September) viel unterwegs sein werde und ich mein Zimmer nicht ungenutzt lassen möchte, stelle ich es hier zur Verfügung. Es ist ca 22m^2 groß und komplett möbliert. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, eine Sitzcouch sowie ein 1,80m breites Doppelbett für besonderen Schlafkomfort. Die beiden Fenster werden durch verdunkelungs Vorhänge in der Nacht verdeckt und halten den Raum sehr gut dunkel. Zudem steht noch ein Fernseher mit Wii und Zubehör zu Verfügung.

Since I will be traveling a lot during my semester break (August/September) and I do not want to leave my room unused, I make it available here by the day or week. It is about 22m^2 and completely furnished. There is a desk, a couch and a 1,80m wide double bed for special sleeping comfort. The two windows are covered by blackout curtains at night and keep the room very well dark. In addition, there is a TV with Wii and accessories available.

Super Lage. Nah an Supermärkten und dem Einkaufszentrum. Zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur 10 Fußminuten. Zum abendlichen Entspannen ist der Rhein auch keine 5min entfernt.
Ein ruhiger Innenhof zum abstellen von Fahrrädern etc ist auch vorhanden.
Von den Nachbar bekommt man kaum etwas mit wobei die meisten angrenzenden Gebäude sowieso nur Büros sind.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße gerichtet wodurch man nicht den Luxus der absoluten Stille genießt(ist dennoch mehr als leise genug).

Super location. Close to supermarkets and the shopping center. The train station is also only a 10 minute walk away. To relax in the evening, the Rhein is also less than 5min away.
A quiet courtyard to park bicycles and more is also available.
From the neighbors you hardly get anything with what most adjacent buildings are only offices anyway.
The room is directed to the street, nevertheless it is more than quiet enough.
Ich suche nur jemanden der vorübergehend eine Bleibe (August/September) sucht. Mein Mitbewohner wird vor Ort bleiben und kann bei Fragen natürlich helfen. Ich werde selbstverständlich auch erreichbar sein falls Fragen oder Probleme, wovon ich nicht ausgehe, auftreten sollten.

I am only looking for someone who is looking for a place to stay temporarily (August/September). My roommate will stay on site and can of course help with questions. I will also be available if questions or problems, which I do not assume, should arise.
Größe Küche mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Vollaustattung mit Waschmaschinen und spülmaschine. Die Badewanne ist leider nicht groß genug um baden zu können aber für alles andere ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist Altbau was man an den schönen ca 3,20m hohen Decken gut bemerkt.

Big kitchen with everything you need. Fully equipped with washing machines and dishwasher. The bathtub is unfortunately not big enough to bathe but sufficient for everything else. The apartment is an old building which is well noticed by the beautiful 3.20m high ceilings.
