Das Zimmer S ist etwa 10m2 groß und voll eingerichtet mit einem 90 cm breiten Bett, einem Kleiderschrank sowie einem Schreibtisch samt Drehstuhl. Da das Zimmer recht klein ist und es dadurch kein Platz für einen weiteren Stuhl o.Ä. für Kleidung gibt, gibt es eine Hutablage mit Kleiderhaken.

Wohnung
Die etwa 100m2 große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses (im 1. OG wohne ich) und hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Tageslichtbad, eine kleine zusätzliche Toilette, eine ältere Küche samt Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd & Backofen und kleinem Grillofen. Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck usw. ist alles komplett vorhanden. Ein großes Wohnzimmer samt Essecke führt raus auf die große möblierte Terrasse mit Markise; ein Holzkohlegrill ist auch vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer sowie der Wohn- und Essbereich haben Parkett.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Trockenraum befinden sich im Keller.
Die Garage kann mitbenutzt werden, und es stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Möglichst sollte kein eigenes Auto mitgebracht werden, da die Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Straße bereits jetzt sehr limitiert sind.

The room
Room S is about 10m2 large and completely furnished with a 90 cm bed, a wardrobes as well as a desk with a desk chair. As the room is quite small, a hat rack with hangers subsitutes for an additional chair for clothes.

The apartment
The apartment is around 100 m2 large and situated on the ground floor of a 2-apartment building (my own apartment is on the first floor). It contains 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, a small additional toilet and an older kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and regular oven as well as a small grill oven. Coffee maker, water kettle, plates, cutlery etc. are all included. A large living room with a dining area leads out to a large furnished terrace with an awning. All bedrooms as well as the living room have hardwood floors.
A common washer and dryer as well as a drying room are located in the basement.
The garage can be used as well, and 2 bikes are available to be borrowed. If possible, don’t bring your own car since parking spaces on the street are already now quite limited.

Bischofsheim ist ein ruhiger Vorort mit mehreren Supermärkten und Bäckern sowie sehr guten Anbindungen in das restliche Rhein-Main-Gebiet mittels Zug sowie Mainzer und Rüsselsheimer Stadtbussen. Vom Haus aus ist die Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mit Bus oder Rad ist der Bahnhof in 5 Minuten erreichbar, zu Fuß dauert es etwa 20 Minuten.

Vom Bischofsheimer Bahnhof ist der Mainzer Südbahnhof per Bahn in 6 Minuten erreichbar, der Mainzer Hauptbahnhof in etwa 10 Minuten, Frankfurt Flughafen in 15 Minuten, Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten und der Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof in etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde.

ENGLISH

Bischofsheim is a quiet town with a couple of grocery stores and bakeries and very good connections to the whole Rhein-Main-area via train and both the Mainz and Rüsselsheim city buses. The bus stop can be reached within a 3 minute walk. The train station can be reached via bus or bike within around 5 minutes.

From the Bischofsheim train station, the closest train station in Mainz can be reached in 6 minutes, the central Mainz train station in around 10 minutes. The Frankfurt airport can be reached in 15 minutes, the central train station in Darmstadt in around 20 minutes, and the central Frankfurt train station in a little more than half an hour.

Derzeit wohnen Darina (studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik in Darmstadt) und Sara (studiert Medizin in Mainz) in der Wohnung.

Currently, Darina (studying Information Management in Darmstadt) and Sara (studying medicine in Mainz) are living in the apartment.

In der Miete von €450 sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten, inklusive 250/50 mbit Internet-Anschluss per WLAN sowie GEZ-Gebühren.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, bitte keine eigenen größeren Möbel mitbringen!
