I’m Karolina, an international student that has been living in Mainz for the past two years. Unfortunately at the end of December I’ll finish my studies and move back to my homecountry, therefore I’m looking for a new nice flatmate that would be a perfect fit for our shared apartment.
The room that you would be taking is really bright and cozy, it has a big window which would allow you to get a lot of natural light especially during the warmest seasons.
It comes almost completely furnished, with a double bed, a desk, a nightstand, a big wardrobe and a bookshelf.
A big plus of the apartment is that we have two bathrooms which comes really in handy especially in the mornings.
The apartment is located in a really quiet area with a lot of nature, so if you enjoy the outdoors this is the perfect place for you.
However at the same time it is really well connected with the city center and the University.
In a short 2 minutes walk you will be able to reach the bus and tram stops.
The University is 15 minutes away by tram and the city center around 20 minuets.
Close by you’ll be able to find a Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl and Edeka so grocery shopping won’t be a problem. And if you are a sporty person there is even a big gym close by.
The everyday life in the apartment is always busy due to our different schedules but we always enjoy having a good chat in the kitchen talking about our day, our common intetests or even cooking together.
Your new flatmates would be Hannes, Mira and Emma.
Hannes is a second year medicine student, a sporty guy always avaiable if you need help or even only for a nice talk.
Mira is a first year master student in psychology, she is really open and brings the energy to the apartment.
Emma is a first year bachelor student in communication and journalism, she is really calm and sweet, always up for a nice talk.
We all enjoyed our time together at the apartment and we are looking for a person that wants to embrace the shared-apartment life.
