Gemeinsame Nutzung von Küche, Badezimmer. WLAN vorhanden. Im Haus kann kann nur vegetarisch
gekocht werden, Kein Fleisch, Fisch, Ei, kein Knoblauch/Zwiebel gewächse ,Pilze * Man kann es aber ausserhalb essen)

Cozy Room in a quiet location in a Yoga house. Furnished. We are looking for a WOMAN Non smoker,
Basic rent is 350 Euro plus 100 Euro service charges. (Caution1100 Euro) The room has recently been completely renovated. There is agreement due to increased energy costs. Shared use of kitchen, bathroom.
WLAN available. In the house it is only allowed to cook/eat vegetarian without the use of onion, garlic,
mushrooms. (but you can eat it outside)

Das ZIMMER ist möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, grossem Sessel, bequemes Bett/Sofa, ein Kleiderschrank, Tischchen und grosser Kommode. Studenten oder Berufstätige sind erwünscht. Andere Nationalitäten sind willkommen.

The ROOM is furnished with a desk, large armchair, comfortable bed/sofa, wardrobe, small table and large chest of drawers. Students or professionals are welcome. Other nationalities are welcome.

* Lage: 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle. Nur 17 Min zur Stadt und 30 Min Universität.
Ein ruhiger Stadtteil mit viel GrÜn. Der Volkspark und Rhein sind circa15 Min entfernt.
Supermärkte: Aldi, Rewe, Lidl nur 10 Min.entfernt.

Good situated:5 Min to the bus stop.Only 17 Min to City , 30 min to University.
Super markets: Aldi, Lidl, Rewe. This is a quiet suburb of Mainz. It is surrounded by green areas like Volkspark and river Rhine, 15 min distance.

Zu mir: Ich habe lange in der Pädagogik auch im Ausland gearbeitet (Kinder und Erwachsene) und
interessiere mich für internationale Kultur und Kunst. Ich selber übe Yoga und mache gerne Musik.
Weil es ein Yoga- Ashram ist, werden auch Yoga und Meditation im Haus gemacht. Aber gibt keinen Anspruch an irgendetwas teilzunehmen.
Die Bewohner treffen sich meist bei einer Unterhaltung oder bei irgendeiner Mahlzeit.
Ich unterhalte mich gern und bin offen für alle Themen.

About me: I have worked in education for a long time, also abroad (children and adults) and
I am interested in international culture and art. I practice yoga myself and enjoy making music.
Because it is a yoga ashram, yoga and meditation are also done in the house. But there is no
requirement to take part in anything.
The flat mates usually meet in the kitchen to chat or over a meal. I like chatting with the other residents.
