Es gibt die Möglichkeit zur Zwischenmiete von 01.03.-01.04.25 oder direkt unbefristet. Wenn es ein unbefristeter Mietvertrag sein soll, müsst ihr studieren.
Dies ist eine kleine Wohnung (2-Zimmer) in einer Haus-WG. Nur die Küche teilt man sich mit den anderen. Du hast dein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. (Bilder vom Bad muss ich noch hochladen)
Du hast deinen eigenen Flur und deine eigene Haustür zum Parkplatz hin.

There is the option of an interim tenancy from 01.03.-01.04.25 or a permanent tenancy. If you want an open-ended tenancy agreement, you will have to study.
This is a small flat (2-room) in a house-sharing community. You only share the kitchen with the others. You have your own bathroom with shower and toilet. (I still have to upload pictures of the bathroom)
You have your own hallway and your own front door to the car park.
Unser Haus ist in der Mainzer Oberstadt gelegen. In drei Gehminuten ist man schon an der nächsten Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle. Auf diese Weise gelangt man in 20 Minuten ohne Umstieg zur Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man bereits in 10 Minuten sowohl an der Uni, als auch an der Hochschule. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an MitbewohnerInnen finden sich hier auch häufig Fahrgemeinschaften.
Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof sowie in die Innenstadt (Schillerplatz) und an der Rheinpromenade.
Auch das Einkaufen ist kein Problem, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle weiter (oder 7 Gehminuten) liegt ein Rewe und auch zum nächsten Netto hat man es nicht weit..
Our house is located in the Oberstadt of Mainz. The nearest tram and bus stop is just a three-minute walk away. This means you can get to the university in 20 minutes without changing. You can reach both the university and the college in just 10 minutes by bike. Due to the large number of flatmates, you can often carpool here.
The tram takes you to the main train station, the city centre (Schillerplatz) and the Rhine promenade in 10 minutes.
Shopping is also no problem, there is a Rewe supermarket one tram stop away (or a 7-minute walk) and the nearest Netto supermarket is also not far away.
Wir sind alle StudentInnen der Universität und Hochschule in Mainz und zusammengewürfelt aus den verschiedensten Fachrichtungen. Von Sozialwissenschaften über diverse Lehramtsfachrichtungen, Soziale Arbeit, Jura, Wirtschaftswissenschaften bis hin zur Medizin ist hier alles vertreten.
Montags wird bei uns innerhalb des Semesters immer zusammen gekocht, mittwochs machen wir gemeinsam Sport.
Ist aber kein Muss!
We are all students at the university and college in Mainz and come from a wide range of disciplines. From social sciences to various teaching specialisms, social work, law, economics and medicine, everything is represented here.
We always cook together on Mondays during term time and do sport together on Wednesdays.
But it's not a must!
Gerne kann man Freunde oder Kommilitonen mitbringen, um unser Gemeinschaftsräume zu nutzen.
Unser Fernsehraum kann für Filmabende und unser großer Garten mit Schwenkgrill sowohl zum Sporteln als auch zum Ausspannen genutzt werden. Neben einer Dachterrasse, auf welcher im Sommer unser Pool Platz findet, haben wir noch zwei kleine Fitnessräume. Nicht zu vernachlässigen ist selbstverständlich auch unser Partykeller ;)

You are welcome to bring friends or fellow students to use our common rooms.
Our TV room can be used for film evenings and our large garden with barbecue can be used for both sports and relaxation. In addition to a roof terrace, where our pool is located in summer, we also have two small fitness rooms. Not to be neglected is of course our party cellar ;)
