Kaltmiete ist 300 Euro plus 80 Euro Nebenkosten. (3 Monatsmieten Kaution).
Zimmer und der Flur sind kürzlich komplett renoviert worden. ) Es gibt eine Vereinbarung wegen
gestiegener Energiekosten. Gemeinsame Nutzung von Küche, Badezimmer, Dusche
und Waschmaschine -WLAN vorhanden. Im Haus kann kann nur vegetarisch gekocht
werden, OHNE Knoblauch/Zwiebel gewächse oder Eier, (Man kann es aber ausserhalb essen)

oder Berufstätige. Andere Nationalitäten sind willkommen.
The room is furnished with a desk, chair, a comfortable bed plus a sofa, wardrobe, side table and dresser.
Languages Spoken: Deutsch und English. We expect students or professionals. Other nationalities are welcome.
Prima Lage: Mainz Weisenau . Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe mit drei Buslinien (alle 10 min). Es sind 17 Min. zur Innenstadt und 30 Min zur Universität. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Rewe, Cap Markt sind nur 10 Min. von hier,
Weisenau ist ein ruhiger Stadtteil mit viel Grün. Der grosse Volkspark ist nicht weit entfernt und der Rhein auch nicht.
It is well situated in Mainz Weisenau. The Bus stops serves three bus lines and (every 10 min ).
Only 17min. to the inner City and 30 min to the University.
Super markets like Aldi, Rewe , Cap market are very close. 10 min. Weisenau, is surrounded with green areas.
The well known Volkspark for ex. and the river Rhine are very close.
Zu mir: Ich habe lange in der Pädagogik auch im Ausland gearbeitet (Kinder und Erwachsene) und
interessiere mich für internationale Kultur und Kunst. Ich selber übe Yoga und mache gerne Musik.
Weil es ein Yoga- Ashram ist, werden auch Yoga und Meditation im Haus gemacht. Aber gibt keinen Anspruch an irgendetwas teilzunehmen.
Die Mitbewohner treffen sich meist bei einer Unterhaltung oder bei irgendeiner Mahlzeit.
Ich unterhalte mich gern und bin offen für alle Themen.
About me: I have worked in education for a long time, also abroad (children and adults) and
I am interested in international culture and art. I practice yoga myself and enjoy making music.
Because it is a yoga ashram, yoga and meditation are also done in the house. But there is no
requirement to take part in anything.
The flat mates usually meet in the kitchen to chat or over a meal.
I enjoy talking and I am open to all topics.
