The room ist bright, lovely and quiet and can be rented with furniture.
I would like to rent the room to a student, trainee, apprentice or employed woman. The room is in the first floor and has an own bathroom in the ground floor (Erdgeschoß) and will be shared with one flatmate.. Kitchen and dining room are also in the ground floor and are shared.
Using the washing machine is included. During the summertime the garden can be used for drying your clothes, for relaxing or gardening.
The house is very spacey and you have a whole house for you to use including kitchen and dining area. You can also store your suitcase in the cellar.
I have permission to rent rooms.
The station is in 100m walking distance to the train station which is Meridian and Assling is still part of the MVV area. The train is close but the area here is very quiet and you don't hear the train.
Because of the close train station you reach Munich Ostbahnhof in 20 minutes and Hauptbahnhof in 30 minutes. In the other direction the train goes to Rosenheim, Prien and Salzburg.
There is also a bike for you to use.
Supermarkets, bank, doctors, pharmacy, post office, gym, stationary shop, town hall are in walking distance. Just enjoy!
Chiemsee, Salzburg and the Bavarian Alps are very closeby!
We live together in a happy and relaxed way. It's a quiet house.
The atmosphere is easy and we have lots of humour. We like to share and also sit together at times for chatting. We share the cleaning of the house.
I'm self employed and am happy about open minded and international tenants.
We don't have a cleaning woman and share duties.
The room costs 510€, incidental expenses are 120€, total 560€
