Das Zimmer ist dank der zwei großen Fenster sehr hell und der Lage raus zum Neckar/MVV sehr ruhig. Straßenlärm wird nicht gehört. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (inkl. Bettgestell, Lattenrost, Nachttisch (Malm 2er Kommode), Kleiderschrank, Wandregal, zwei Regale, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder ist im Hinterhof des Hauses vorhanden. Ein Gewölbekeller bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum.

The room is very bright thanks to the two large windows and in direction to the Neckar/MVV it is very quiet. There are no street noises. The room is fully furnished (incl. bedstead, slatted frame, bedside table (Malm 2er chest of drawers), wardrobe, wall shelf, two shelves, desk and office chair).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine and dryer. Bicycle parking is available in the backyard of the house. A vaulted cellar offers additional storage space.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr zentral gelegen am Luisenring und ausreichend weit von der Jungbuschstraße entfernt, sodass man davon kein Lärm mitbekommt. Die Jungbuschstraße ist allerdings in ungefähr 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Also optimale Lage, um abends auch mal etwas trinken zu gehen. Die Haltestelle "MVV Hochhaus" der Straßenbahn 2 ist direkt vor der Haustür (von Haustür zur Haltestelle nur 1 Minute zu Fuß). Haltestelle Abendakademie keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Lidl, DM etc.) sind fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Uni Mannheim (Schloss) ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten, mit den öffentlichen auch 10 Minuten und zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

The situation couldn't be better. Very centrally located on the Luisenring and far enough away from the Jungbuschstraße so that you don't notice any noise. However, the Jungbuschstraße can be reached by foot in approximately 5-10 minutes. Thus, it is an optimal location to have a drink in the evening. The stop "MVV Hochhaus" of the tram 2 is directly in front of the front door (from front door to stop only 1 minute by foot). The Abendakademie stop is less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities (Penny, Lidl, DM etc.) can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. The University of Mannheim (castle) can be reached by bicycle in 10 minutes, by public transport in 10 minutes and on foot in approx. 20 minutes.
Mit in der WG wohnen Mayara, Sabrina und Thomas. Mayara kommt ursprünglich aus Brasilien und arbeitet momentan noch als Bäckereifachverkäuferin in Mannheim. Sabrina ist Lehramt Studentin an der Uni und Thomas arbeitet als Consultant bei der SAP. Es ist also eine wild gemischte Truppe mit denen man viel Spaß haben kann. Aber auch wenn man seine Privatsphäre braucht ist dies selbstverständlich kein Problem.

Mayara, Sabrina and Thomas live in the shared flat. Mayara originally comes from Brazil and is currently still working as a bakery saleswoman in Mannheim. Sabrina is a student teacher at the university and Thomas works as a consultant at SAP. So it's a wildly mixed group that you can have a lot of fun with. But even if you need your privacy, this is of course no problem.
