I am looking for someone who will move into my room after I have moved out.
The room is in a newly renovated house, everything inside the bathroom and kitchen is new, the windows have recently been changed. The room is pretty cheap for this city, especially considering the house just got renovated.
The other tenants who live here are of mixed nationalities and everyone is very nice. The landlord is very accepting of foreigners. So if you will move to Germany soon, this place is perfect for you! I am male, but this storey is meant to be women only soon.
The room is small and has a big window, so it’s very bright. There is also furniture here that you can rent for a little extra money. The desk is huge and there is also enough storage room for your things. There is also a washing machine in the basement that you can use.
The house is in a quiet and green part of the city, so it’s very nice to live here. There are two Tram stations and a train station in walkable distance. The Trams will take you to the inner city in 10 minutes. There are different grocery stores and variety stores in a walking distance of 5 minutes.
